My first experience with this office was horrible. I could not find the office today. And I called them twice they gave me misdirections so I couldn't find it and she said she doesn't care if I'm hot or if I'm in pain she didn't care she's not going to see me I was not rude I said I was done I couldn't find it that's what I said so I'm going to turn your company in and I will report you also to my doctor because I was not rude and that's fine if they didn't want to see me but they were not giving me correct directions to get there. So they're saying I was rude and there's a recording of me being rude and that's not true. So as far as I'm concerned you did me a favor I don't have to come and see you. But I will report you to my doctor because no you were rude you were yelling at me you should have been more understanding but that's not where I want to go as well. If you treat your new patients like that. You told me you do not care. I was walking around trying to find it once I got off the bus.

This is the most genuine, kind, caring, and upbeat staff I have ever come across in a doctors office. I have never felt as welcomed by another provider as I do here. The ladies that work here really go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable, always with a smile on their faces, no matter how busy their day is. I don’t think I’ve ever felt better cared for than I do when I come here to APEX. I definitely recommend them!

My fibromyalgia has all bit disappeared, my depression is nonexistent, And my back pain has improved 90%. Ketamine has absolutely changed my life and the staff at Apex are always helpful, respectful, and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Bissell and his staff for all your pain needs!

The people at Apex has a HEART of Gold and they Love their Careers. I am also Blessed to have these guys as my care takers my Doctor and my brothers and sisters in Christ. You can't find a better Group of people than at APEX.
