I have been a patient for decades although rarely need eye care until recently. Care has always been superb, very professional, always friendly and clearly a caring physician.

This would easily be a 5 ?? rating if the staff (front desk) were more friendly on the non-surgery side of the building. Anyway, from the start you will be on the unpleasant non-surgery side (plan for long wait periods, even if you arrive early/on time to your scheduled appointments) and the day of surgery you will be on the other side of the building. The day of surgery was fantastic, everyone was amazing and the surgeon did a fantastic job.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE WRIGHT EYE CENTER! I could not tell you whether or not Dr Wright is a good Doctor or not but I can tell you his staff is the rudest and most unprofessional ill tempered bunch of folks I have ever had the dis-pleasure of meeting. Dr Wright was nice but some of his staff well there's not room to wright all the things I care to express.

1. 11 days before the surgery date, it was rescheduled. Problem for the person providing a ride. 2. Excessive paper work and forms. One form you had to write out in long hand the statement. 3. Prescribed medicine that was not covered by my insurance (or most insurance). Cost was $200. The accepted generic was also not covered by insurance ($129). No flexibilty in using the approved prescriptions offered by the insurance. 4. In general, rigid and difficult to deal with. Canceled surgery.
