To be clear, I have not seen a provider at this location. I made an appt to be seen for psychiatry and was given an appt about 4 weeks out (not a terrible wait but still a wait). I called 30 min before my appt to let them know I hadn't received a video link and was told that my appt was cancelled due to not filling out the forms. I had filled out every form I was sent. they told me it was the history form and I went into my paperwork and I had never been sent that form. I offered to send the screenshots showing them that I had completed all my forms on their portal. Not only that but they never notified me of the cancellation. I was told they tried to call me but were unable to reach my VM. my voicemail is fine, and not making confirmed contact with a patient is unacceptable especially when the cancellation is due to a form issue. especially when it was their error. Im a clinician and this is highly unethical in a mental health field. As I told the receptionist Im not making an appt for a tire rotation. For some people an incident like this could be the difference of life and death. My son's dad died by suicide in May 2025 and his final straw was not being able to get an appt during his final week with a med provider. This is a systemic problem. I dont blame one provider here in particular but any policy that cancels an appt without notice due to ONE missing form (that I wasn't even sent) needs to address the situation. I told my therapist who had referred me and she said they have a known form tech issue. so essentially I was just straight up gaslit. UNACCEPTABLE.

My husband and I started working with Kathryn Talbott for couples therapy last year. She has always been genuine and real with us. She has empowered us to ask for what we need and celebrate ourselves as individuals. She's been very creative with different tools and methods to help us through specific things we are struggling with. We're very proud to work with her. Both my husband and I highly recommend any providers at Lokiten, but especially Kathryn Talbot and Natalie W.

Deanna Doughton is insightful, and her Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is effective. I appreciate that some negative experiences were toned down or eliminated; I'm also pleased that some positive experiences were revived, ones that had been buried by less positive memories.

Best place to get therapy!!! My therapy was a life-saving, breath of fresh air experience!!! I recommend Lokiten to everyone! Thank you guys so much for all that you do to help others.Vaughna is the best!!!!! The way she genuinely cared and helped me get through lots of things from my past was unbelievable. I would never forget her🩷

Natalie is a horrible therapist who puts couples against each other. She didn’t do what she needed to do for my wife and once my wife realized she wasn’t getting the help she needed, Natalie became rude and told my wife she’d never heal. Pretty much told my wife there was nothing she could do for her but was fine collecting the money for service. Therapist are suppose to help clients not make them worse and she did not do what she was suppose to do to help but sent her off on the last appt crying. Highly do not recommend Natalie at all.

Excellent experience! Very quick and easy intake process, I was able to start seeing my provider quickly. I have had a great experience over all with my care, I am most pleased with my provider ❤️

I’ve never been more disappointed in a doctor’s office in my life. NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! They stopped my care cus of a missed appointment that I left a message about. I’m without a doctor & I’m out of prescriptions & have no way to refill. I am on antidepressants that I need to take daily. I submitted the refill to them & it was denied. This is a HORRIBLE practice for someone who’s got mental health issues & needs their medication.
