Low T Center's Online Review Report Card

I don’t even know where to start! I just spent the last 6 years in the military and absolutely dreading going to a clinic but that all changed when I went to the “Low T Center” the staff was amazing, honestly from the front desk to the nurses to Matt, PA and Erin, PA! The facility was spotless and felt comfortable with little snacks and free water to make any Drs. Appointment a little less stressful! Honestly I couldn’t been happier with finding this place, I had such a great experience with everyone in there. I’ve tried to think of something bad to write that way it doesn’t seem like I’m a bot or some paid person but I truly can’t think of anything!

I have been going here for years and they have helped me with much more than just low T. Thanks

I have been coming here for over a year, and the physicians have been great. They found what was causing my issues and developed a plan to fix it. I have never felt better and am much happier in my daily life.

The staff is always courteous and attentive. Their services have helped me and I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for everything low t.

Great experience for over 9 years now. The Springs group of people is the best they can be everytime . This PAs to MAs are exceptional in the care of us as people and patients. If you are considering this treatment Low T is the.place start.

Feeling better and they help you out far more then just your T levels.

I came here with low expectations. My first visit was just paperwork and bloods. Matt came and talked to me for a bit and gave me the rundown. My second visit was awesome. Everyone from the front desk to the person who took my.bloods was professional and easy to talk to. Matt explained everything to me concerning my bloods. Dude stayed with me for damn near a hour and half explaining everything and answering my questions no matter how insignificant I thought it was. I'm happy to have found this place and have my upmost trust in the staff and Matt.

Stuff is professional and nurse was very attentive and answered all questions and was not in a rush to get me out of there. Took the first injection at the office and the next day I was out performing myself at planet fitness. Have found much more energy available and my strength and endurance abilities have increased in the weeks since I've been using the treatment. Can only say good things about the initial experience the cost of the program is reasonable and insurance is taken if it's medically necessary.. I'm glad this facility was there to help me and I feel great!! It's worth trying!!!

Very friendly staff and they want to help. They can move a like faster than other clinics and brought my life back to normal, better actually. They are not perfect, I've been miss and over charged multiple times, never did get one refund. Overall I would return, I like the all day walk in structure for appointments. Alyson and Matt are great!

This clinic used to be very professional, but now the new staff is unorganized, they always want to charge you when you don't even owe them. They will leave you waiting for hours and be goofing around like they don't even care. I will not recommend this place if you have better things to do. I am always fair, so this review is not meant to be malicious. Like i said, I used to like this clinic and I never had any issues until recently. I wish there is a new place in town that I can use and stop going here.
