They'll mess up your medication repeatedly, gaslight you about it, and then reprimand you for standing up for yourself. If you have an even slightly complicated diagnosis, find a different provider.

Jenni was rude and condescending. She made a mistake when conveying information to someone else about our interaction. Instead of fixing her error she began insulting me and insisted that it was my responsibility to correct her error. I left the room as she continued to berate and insult me. I asked if someone else could be in the room with us. She became livid and demanded that I return to the room with her. I expressed I didn't feel comfortable unless someone else was in the room. She then instructed one of her employees to call the police and tell them I had refused to leave after she asked me to. She had not asked me to leave at that point. Not exactly helpful for someone seeking help related to severe trauam.

I love this clinic. I have been going here for 2 years and will continue as needed. After years of not being heard or listened to, Dt Stormes has been wonderful and has put me on the right track to having a better me, a better life and a better mom. I will recommend Master Minds to ANYONE

I was sent to an out of network provider, while at Master mind clinic, meaning I did not leave the clinic, and was sent to an out of network nurse for my refills I just started an appeal for 261.26 payment that I owe>>>>really cant stand this place

Why is no one ever at the front desk when you show up for your appt. The Dr is very scattered in thoughts and all over the place. Not sure she even knows how to diagnose properly. The entire clinic seems disorganized. They misplaced a testing which we had to re do. They dont give an accurate diagnosis and seem to give you the run around or it " could" be this or that. The Healthcare care system just completely sucks.

This is an absolutely horrible provider and I cannot recommend against a visit here strongly enough! We have had custody of our grandson for 3 years. He is 4.5 years old now. We live in Denver. He has many providers due to extensive trauma and abuse in all forms in his first 16 months of life. The time came where after 3 years we had multiple providers telling us we needed to get him on ADHD meds (after trying everything else under the sun for 3 years to keep him off meds). We had a care coordinator assigned to us at Children's Hospital. I requested providers who would take our primary insurance of CIGNA plus Medicaid that he retained when he came to live with us, and we needed a provider who would prescribe to a child under 5. I was given 3 names. This clinic was actually the only one who accepted both insurances, so we made the appt, willing to drive from Denver and hopeful to get my grandson stabilized on whatever medication before school started. What a HUGE mistake coming to this clinic! Before the appt, I filled out extensive paperwork online. My husband took him to the actual appt and had to bring his 6-year-old sister, who just recently started ADHD meds with great success. My husband was basically accused of doctor shopping (even though this is the first provider we had seen for this) and answered a ton of repetitive questions. It was suggested to take the kids to their clinic playroom WITHOUT my husband and someone would come back and talk to him, as the kids were getting antsy due to the amount of time spent on questioning my husband. He sat there for 15-20 mins and no one came back but the kids were separated from him (he should never have agreed to this). Finally, Jennie came back and said the kids were antsy and we would have to finish up on the phone. NO EXAM OF MY GRANDSON WAS PERFORMED. I was the one who spoke to her on the phone later that afternoon. She demanded any testing we had from school or other providers (it's a lot). We had no problem proving we were not doctor shopping. But the complete rudeness and condescending and combative nature in which it was asked I do take issue with. I was belittled, interrupted, and attacked for seeking help for my grandson. She was not interested in his history, she told me I was off topic while I was directly answering her questions. I dont say this lightly- this woman was rambling, disoriented, talked to herself in a weird way, and (not kidding) she was either off her meds or clearly partaking in something she shouldnt. It was an extremely strange, confusing, and oddly contentious phone call. I was asked why I didn't try THC for him 😳 Reminder, he's only 4 and was HEAVILY exposed to many drugs until 16 months. I was told that she would only prescribe anti-seizure medication and anti-psychotics. I was told I filled out their paperwork incorrectly to say he had a personality disorder. I was ordered to send in hundreds of pages of tests from many providers and to get additional statements and reports from all current providers and teachers. Jennie stated she needed to see a diagnosis of ADHD. We had many, but HELLO, isn't that YOUR job?!?! All of this without ever looking at or talking to my grandson. NO EXAM WAS EVER PERFORMED. She wanted to see everyone else's work and do none of her own. We started to send in the "evidence" and decided we did not want to continue any interaction with this crazy woman. We have this entire phone call recorded, should anyone like to listen or use it as a "what never to do in the mental health field." Jennie should never have any interaction with the public, much less in the field of mental health! I can't imagine the many people she has done this to over the years who came to her for HELP!😢

Would NEVER recommend this place!!! Wouldn't let me put zero stars. I came here to have an evaluation and was very confused when my appointment set up was for something else. I tried to explain this and was met with absolute condescending rudeness from Dr. Jennie. She literally tried to make me feel guilty for my symptoms, countering them when I spoke about them. I ended up breaking down into tears in the appointment and asked to never see her again. All of the staff just watched me bawling my eyes out and when I told them that she was rude and they did nothing. I left sobbing and no one tried to help at all. I obviously never scheduled here again.

I feel I waisted my time going to see Jennie Storms for my meds she didn't listen to me on what had worked in the past and tried to force me onto new meds that didn't work for me when I saw her the second time to tell her that it didn't work and that I wanted the meds that had worked for quite a few years giving me relief from my pain and obsessive thoughts she flat out told me she would never give me two of the four meds because they didn't treat my illness when they were never ment to they treated some of my symptoms and helped give me significant relief from the more negative and sever symptoms she didn't even get my records from my previous doctors to find out what had been tried and what if anything had worked she just wanted me on the meds she was pushing ( I think she may have been getting bonus for starting people on them ) and wouldn't listen to me at all about the meds I was seeking or why I was seeking them I feel my time was waisted at this clinic and that they have cost me another six months of suffering till I can find another doc or prescribing nurse to get my meds started again I would give zero stars if I could DO NOT GO HERE YOU Will NOT RECEIVE THE CARE YOU SEEK and if you disagree with the nurse you will be made to feel stupid and devalued and won't be listened to force you onto the meds that she is pushing won't do research into your files to find out what has helped you especially if any of your meds are to treat your symptoms and not the illness apparently she is not concerned about helping you find relief from your symptoms only a " cure" and in my case there is no cure only a reduction in progression and without meds to reduce my symptoms I find little to no relief from my pain

I agree with the other reviewers. Find another provider. My daughter needed a renewal of her medication she had been on for the past 3 years and Jennie had us jumping through hoops including getting an EKG, and seeing a cardiologist (which we did) and instead of following up with the doctors my daughter saw, or her PCP, she claimed I had filled out all of the paperwork incorrectly (I didn't. I literally have done this so many times before) to hide the fact that she was just using our time for another office visit charge. When I asked if we would need to come in for another appointment (number 4) once she got what she needed she told me she felt like I was attacking her. She will waste your time. She will make you jump through hoops and she still won't give you what you need.

my review is very much like the ones posted before...jennie stormes was very rude to me, im telling her about my child who is literally dying, and has a very dangerous seizure disorder, and she not only kept cutting me off when i would try and talk, she somehow shoehorned her childs mild autism into the conversation, saying that she was in the same situation as i am. no, shes not. my husband and i have no family to help, and again, our child is literally dying. the fact she made my appointment about herself was mind blowing, and then she stated several "medical facts" that are anything but. the whole visit was very intimidating, and i am so unhappy that she didnt even try to help. i have severe anxiety, and she completely blew me off, and treated me like i was stupid or something. i was hoping to see a real psychiatrist, but i guess that isnt going to happen.
