Rough start. Much better now. NOT A FAN OF YOUR DOUBLE ROOMS!!!

Had surgery on Wednesday stayed over nite on 4th floor my staff of nurses and CNAs were out of this world awesome they treated me with respect talked to me laffed with me ,helped me keep my dignity in some misshapes I occurred from the moment I entered Uchealth to the moment I left EVERY ONE was awesome (Jennie ) my soul sister I hope you received the hug I sent to you Sister you rock ,And Jenna OR nurse 😁Thanks for the wild ride 🤣 My whole OR staff Was Awesome we joked poked fun,(Alexa close the door) LoL there were to many to name But I do Thank Each and Every One of you And the kitchen staff from order call to delivery was fantastic,Miss Olivea how sweet of you thank you for blessing, I must include I had fun👍👍👍 Thank you for the Great care Many 😘and hugs to everyone. Thank you Dr D. Corry for the firework Thank you UCHealth Central .

I'm currently in my stay on 5th floor at Memorial, I am on day 3 of about 2 months on and off of being here. The staff here is just going above and beyond with attitudes, responsiveness, and overall due diligence this stay and I feel they need a shout out. Mostly everyone has been great but my shining stars (I hope this doesn't get them in trouble by naming them) is Ethan, Zach, and NP Holly. Keep hiring people like them and your hospital will only keep improving! Sorry for the long review but I felt like it's deserved. Thanks! Hunter

I’ve had left rib pain for 3 weeks now and after going to the wrong hospital first ( st. Francis) and not getting any help or resources to get help, I decided to go to central and they got me in immediately doing blood work, getting scans done and sending a pt to my room to help figure out what was wrong as well as giving me resources for affordable care outside of the hospital. I was treated like a human for the first time while reviving health care and I’m very appreciative.

Good medical care

Recently had outpatient surgery at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central. Kudos to Dr. Michael Paolucci & his team. They were fantastic!! The entire experience was faster & smoother than I expected. Thank you, UCHealth!!!

This is a horrible hospital the only good thing about this hospital is the birthing center and even that is not all that great only a few nurses and doctors are acceptable I don’t like anything about this hospital.

Went to the ER and the only thing done was blood work. My vitals were checked by a nurse and then I was sat in the waiting room while I waited on my blood work. Now they are trying to charge me thousands of dollars for rendering no actual medical service. I am more than happy to pay for the blood work but there is no justification for what other services costs thousands of dollars. I disputed the charges and of course I was told the billing is in line with standards and there was nothing more they could do. This hospital will gouge you for every dollar when they performed no actual medical service. I previously went in for 12 stitches and was treated for hours and my bill was less. How does that make any sense?

I had the unfortunate situation of having a severe kidney stone that required surgery. I was referred here in the middle of the night from Powers UCHealth emergency, so they were expecting me. I was lucky that the emergency room only had 1 person ahead of me, so they got me in right away. Just like my situation before, everyone i encountered was fantastic! Kind and caring about how bad I felt and they made sure I was comfortable, checked on me often and got me through the situation. I always let them know how much I appreciate them when I'm there which seems to be more often these days, but they make my stays or encounters easy. I will always recommend UCHealth.

There is absolutely NO COMMUTATION at this hospital if you can go to a different one. They will have you waiting all day just to see your loved ones
