I was seeing Desiree for my psych care and she was great, but I think she switched to a different office a few months into my care, and I’ve had a horrible time since. I’ve never seen the same provider twice, they all ask me the same questions that are already answered in my file and I have to go over my entire medical history in every appointment. Each time they tell me the last doctor was incorrect and I need to do something different than what was told to me before, and it repeats every appointment. I was started on a new medicine that was terrible and left me itchy and upset all the time. The last appointment I had, the provider was 30 minutes late and I had to be switched to yet another new person, and they were kind of condescending and told me there was no medication that could help me and told me multiple times that I needed therapy (I already have a therapist, I told them twice and it’s listed in my file). I will not ever be coming back for psychiatric care to this place.

This place highkey saved my life.

in the last few years they have stopped listening to my needs and telling me what they are. They dont listen about my med's they dont listen about the appointments. I really liked this place at first, but the last few years they will lie and waste your time and it was never like that 5 years ago when i started coming here. stay away from this place.
