Go to Impact psychiatric care instead. This place won’t even notify you that you’ve been discharged. Left a message in the morning but of course I work there apparently so I had to call them back? They told me they heard my message and they can’t do what I was inquiring about because apparently I was discharged. That’s cool but maybe at least tell me when it happens. So I can’t be notified unless I call? And I can’t get the courtesy of a phone call back because I was discharged without notice? Glad my dr. left this place.

Milestone psychiatry is garbage the front desk lady was no help sounded like she hated her job don’t like your job go work somewhere else…. providers use there patients as Guinea pigs for medication they throw a whole bunch of medication’s at you hope one sticks no help at all and now I see what people mean when they say stay away

Just avoid them. Tried calling and was told they don't take new adults with ADHD. This is clearly discrimination as it assumes people are exhibiting drug-seeking behavior. Guess what? People with ADHD do, in fact, use ADHD medication more than people without ADHD.

This clinic is extremely dishonest and lacks integrity. They consistently share false information, which is both misleading and unprofessional. Additionally, their actions demonstrate a clear lack of loyalty to their patients. Trust and transparency are crucial in healthcare, and this clinic falls far short of those expectations. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking reliable and ethical care.

These folks have helped my kiddos and myself so much over the time we have been here. Even when we had a hiccup with providers, the staff quickly stepped in and got us back on track ASAP. For that, I cannot thank Milestone enough for all they have done.
