Dr. Mitchell gave me the best eye exam I have ever had. I have used several eye doctors through the years as a wearer of contact lenses. I saw an eye doctor a minimum once a year.

Dr. Mitchell took her time explaining to me about the floaters in my eyes and waylaid any sense of panic. She answered my questions thoughtfully. I also had great nurses: techs before her, very thorough and again patient with my questions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mitchell's for a number of years. She is an excellent OD, very thorough, obviously cares about her patients, and is easy to talk to, readily explaining her findings and answering questions. A few years ago during an exam, she caught the fact that I had a detached retina; she was on the phone immediately, advising the eye surgery office and getting me an appointment right then. She is the best optometrist I have been to, and I will continue to be a patient.

Not having been to eye doc in 2+ years due to pandemic hesitancy, JAMIL was a tremendous 1st impression! He professionally displayed skilled competence to put me at ease, while extending compassion that I hold as a bar in the medical field. This encounter made a priceless, positive difference in my visit to the eye doc.
