My brother's nurse is AWESOME! I called and discussed some concerns he had. His nurse, Shaneeka (sp) immediately took care of the different concerns and then called me to within hours to update me. As a previous RN, RCM and DNS I appreciate her work immensely!

Parkmoor village is one of the dirtiest buildings I’ve ever worked in (and I’ve work in restaurants) not only does staff not properly care for residents but they’re also extremely understaffed. Kitchen has mold and food is left in a fridge that goes out and the food inside is left in the temp danger zone. I wish google allowed pictures because I have plenty. Google allows pictures now

I worked here for my first time through registry and minus the un-edible meat that was served for lunch that day (honestly...it was tough as shoe leather and I'm not even exaggerating because the normal cook was off that day) and their "fried"? Chicken? Actually still had flour on it! Who would serve that?? I mean, I was raised to treat others the way you would want to be treated and...if YOU wouldn’t eat it?...don't serve it to others. Besides that experience everyone was just wonderful to work with. This CNA named Jennifer was paired with me that day and she was awesome to work with along with the other aides on the floor. No matter where you go CNA work is hard. But its all about keeping yourself safe first, others and treating others the way you want to be treated and doing the best job you can.

I had an amazing experience yesterday with all of the team at Parkmoor. They have been taking care of my husband for almost two years and have gone above and beyond to take care of him the I would. Thank you Parkmoor Team.

You will not find a better place that has a staff that truly cares for the residents like Parkmoor does! Making sure grandma is cared for and treated right is my number 1 concern!
