Dr Lofgren was careful about an area of pre-cancer cells on my upper lip. I went in for a re-check following an earlier treatment. He took the time to explain what he was doing, how the previous treatment was to help and things that I can do to mitigate future issues. He patiently listened to and answered my many questions as well. I really appreciate his genuine care and not treating me with condescension as some physicians do.
