Dr. Ford performs L4-L5 and SI joint injections to help with my radiculopathy. He is an amazing Doctor who takes patient care seriously. He has great bedside manners, is never rushed when visiting with you and discusses any concerns before the procedure. While I don't see Dr. Ford in an office setting, I do see him when it's time to have my injections. He always visits with me before the injections and right after the injections. His office staff are very friendly, easy to get into and take care of me before & after. I highly recommend Dr. Ford

Dr. Ford has done at least five procedures on my neck over the past 10 years to reduce severe neck pain and headaches. He is an exceptional doctor; confident, focused, professional, compassionate and funny. He knows how to put nervous patients at ease. His pre-op surgical staff are all fabulous, and they work together like a well oiled machine. I’ve had the same procedure performed by another doctor and it didn’t help at all. Dr. Ford is the very best!

Very disappointing. I took the time and money to fax multiple reports of MRI's, previous procedures, previous surgeries, etc. to his office weeks in advance, only to discover he had either not seen them or had not read them. As a result his evaluation was lacking pertinent information that probably would have changed his approach; which was to inform me PT with needling was all I needed. I have multiple medical issues involving a muscle disease and vertebrae damage; and this was another jolt to the possibility of healing. He has a nice personality, but was completely unprepared for my visit.

Excellent care. Superb doctor. Explains well and shows a true caring for my pain and recovery. He truly exceeded my expectations. Additionally he establishes a true "Team Spirit" when tending to my issues. It's not all about him but me as a person and all those who assist him. He is a blessing!

After waiting weeks to see Dr Ford he seemed knowledgeable and caring and made a plan for my care. That was the end. I have never heard from him to get started. No one will answer the phone or return even my primary care physicians calls. It has been two weeks and NOTHING. Answering machine says they will call back in two days. What secretary is that busy for a patient who is in pain? But they NEVER call back.

Dr Ford was very good at his job. He was very informative on how each Part of the body effected other parts. Going back for my next procedure without any apprehension.

Dr. Ford has taken my back pain from a 7-9 on 10 point system to a 1-3. He recommended a new procedure Nevro HF10, and it is totally changing my pain management 24/7. Those whom believe he doesn't want to do anything but procedures have not taken the time to tell Dr. Ford what we expect. Most of us are referred to him for the procedure only; so the referring Dr. would be the one for Rx, therapy, etc. I have told Dr. Ford what my expections were, and I'm completely satisfied with the outcome. He has taken a man in his 70's who was having an unsatisfactory physical life, to a man who can live a comfortable active life with very little pain!!! Thank You Dr. Stephen Ford!!!

Dr. Ford is very knowledgeable regarding the etiology of chronic pain but it seems he is only interested in doing procedures. He does not manage chronic pain patients' medication, instead turfing the patient to a PA who is not even affiliated with his practice. It's a huge waste of time and money to see him for consultation to take over chronic pain management.
