I was so impressed on my first visit, and thought I had found the right doctor, until I showed up for an appointment and the doors were locked with nobody answering the phone. I left three messages and left after waiting for a half an hour outside the closed office. Two days later I got a voice mail that my appointment had actually been telehealth, even though I had never done that with this doctor before, and neither the text nor the email reminders made a single mention of the appointment being online instead of in person. No contact at all from the doctor, who should have been expecting me for the video chat at the very least, but apparently had no concerns when I didn't log in. No text, no email, no nothing. No contact at all was offered after the one voice mail from the office manager. I haven't heard from them since, and that was over a month ago. Obviously this office needs more staff and the doctor needs to be at least a little aware of the existence of her patients. Medication refills were super unclear and unreliable too. Not good for an AuDHD person with severe anxiety. I am now with Mindful Minds Psychiatry, and they are wonderful, very professional and compassionate.

SO happy I found this place. Renae is amazing and within one visit figured out an issue that others couldn’t. Everyone is so nice, helpful, and it always goes so smooth!

We have had nothing but positive experiences at Summit. It is easy to schedule, change, and keep appointments. Our provider (Previdi) is knowledgeable, consistent, and we trust her as a member of our family’s mental health team.
