I was scheduled and confirmed for a procedure today at 11:30 a.m. I received a call from the center about 8:40 asking me where I was and if I could get there ASAP. I told him that my check in time was not scheduled for 11:30 and they told me that that was not accurate. They completely blew me off today I've tried multiple times to reach out to them as well as somebody with my urology office and not one return phone call back. definitely is super disappointing experience for somebody that's experiencing a lot of pain. They could have cared less. I will be finding somewhere else to receive my treatment for sure.

The surgical staff is nice but never trust anything the billing department says. They will send you to collections regardless of if you are making payments or not. I contracted to make a deposit the day of the surgery and then the difference not paid by my insurance would be paid in 6 installments. I struggled to get bills from them in fact in 7 months I got two bills and a threat to send me to collections. I even made one of the installments at the time of the threat. Very unorganized billing department, unfriendly to work with, and they do not keep to established agreements. If you do business with them be prepared to pay them off immediately (hard in a pandemic I know, as this all stated in July 2020 for me) or just count on going to collections even if you are making payments! I will chose another surgeon before I would deal with this billing department again!

The surgery itself and staff during surgery procedure were very professional and nice. Even the billing department who took my down payment and set up my payment plan were pleasant. My problem came 6 months after surgery, when the billing department lost my automatic billing information (which was set up at time of surgery) and then sent me a past due notice. I called to rectify the situation and spoke with someone that was rude and could not admit that they lost my information. Today I received a call and called them back immediately and spoke with someone in the billing office that was very rude, as well. (is this part of their training) I was referred to this center for another surgery but have cancelled it, due to the billing departments, arrogant and rude staff.

Never had better care! Attentive, caring, and personable. They are tops in my book!! Handicap accessible parking in outdoor lot. Doors and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Unisex restroom inside. Appointment time was on the dot. Doctor Ford and team are highly educated and trained. I've had injections done in Denver in the past and the care at Surgical Center Of The Rockies was the best care I've ever had. Thank you!

Okay, so I had a very complex surgery (Or so i thought) underneath my arm and I came here for my incision. I was very mad when they pushed back my surgery until an hour later, but alllll the nurses took care of me and completely declined my anxiety and fear of Anesthesia! The waiting area is clean, they have coffee, a vending machine and toys. When i was seconds away from falling asleep, i woke up in an instant and was offered orange juice, chocolate pudding and didn't feel pain after my incision. The prescription was very affordable and I didn't feel sick an hour after waking up. I went on and ate some Chick-Fil-A and also had Kyung, my nurse follow up with me the next day. It was great! I love this facility and can trust Sallie B. Clarke to do my surgeries any time in the future. God bless.

The staff excellent the nurse good to us but most my sister doctors were the best the came out to let us know how surgery went and they keep tell how she doing they are the best i would recommend this place to every one Thank you

Dr. Ky Kobioshi is the best. Professional, kind, compassionate, and a great doctor. The staff were the same...patient, gentle, and professional. Facilities were new, nice, clean, and high tech. and best of all, I didn't even feel the IV go in or come out! Kudos to all of you!
