Dr Kotter and the staff are exceptional. Office staff are professional and understanding. Appointments on time. 5 previous left foot surgeries by other podiatrist did not correct the problem and some made it worse. Dr Kotter explained the recommendations for surgery. Answered all questions, I did feel rushed. Post surgery care has been excellent. I highly recommend Dr Kotter.

His bedside manner could use some improvement. Doesn’t seem to listen to concerns and sort of brushes them off as it pertains to post op care.

Dr. Kotter is an easy going doctor with excitant bedside manners. I was introduced to Dr. Kotter when my son broke his foot. Several of my extended family members are doctors in different parts of the nation. They all were about orthopedic surgeon only. When I told this to Dr. Kotter, he had enough confident in himself to do the surgery but welcomed me to get another opinion. I kept with Dr. Kotter and super happy I did. I cannot praise him enough for how professional he was before, day of surgery ,and afterwards. I never encounter a doctor that care so much for their patients (this includes those extended family members). Yeah, I proud to give him 5 stars!

Had a wart on the bottom of my foot. Even though it took nine consecutive visits (totally covered by Medicare/Tricare for Life) Doctor Kotter eliminated the growth. (Warts under the foot are very difficult to cure.) He was always on time and provided me the best personal care. Always kind and considerate. In fact, he also treated a small wart on my right index finger which is just about gone. Great staff as well.

Dr. Kotter is very easy to speak with about your concerns and options. His follow through and caring approach through pre-op office visits, planning for the surgery, post-op care and office visits a very positive experience.
