Uchealth Endocrinology Clinic - Grandview's Online Review Report Card

We were greeted upon entry by and checked in immediately. Kenn called a head of time to let them know we would be running about 10 mins late. So I respect the fact that they allowed him to still come. So they were still able to see him. I love coming over here too. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. The facility is always neatly decorated and clean. The staff is always upbeat and helpful whenever we come here. We waited about 3/5 mins before they came and called Kenn to the back. They took his vitals, had his to change clothing and got him prepared to do the MRI. It took about half an hour and he was done.

Extremely rude front desk staff. Zero manners. Dr's are okay but you can't even get to that point. Messages aren't ever sent back, phones aren't answered by humans, and in-person visits are terrible- meanest ladies I've ever met.

Terribly slow emergency room and the staff doesn't seem to care. It's not busy - there was only one other person in waiting room and the staff is just sitting around. Have been in the room for 90 minutes and doctor spent less than 3 minutes looking at it. Took an hour for an X-ray. Will go elsewhere next time.

My father had surgery there 10 days ago; he called a week ago with questions about his medication and no one got back to him, and now he has a rash near the surgery site. He and my mother have called about the rash and no one has gotten back to them!! They've left messages at the answering service and no one has called them back. They are now on their way to the emergency room. Very disappointed in the followup.

1 Dec 23 - arrived early for my CT scan which was scheduled for 1:45 pm and had to be there by 1:30 pm. I pre registered on line so they only asked me a couple of questions and put a hospital band on my right arm. They were pretty busy but was seen on time. The male technician was very pleasant and asked me if I was not allergic to anything and I said no. He then proceeded to give me instructions and put an IV in my right arm and told me the machine will tell me when to hold my breath and when I could breathe again. He also said the IV would give me a burning sensation throughout my body which it did. Was very satisfied with how fast I was in and out after the CT scan but then I think UCHealth provides the best medical service in town.

Thank you to the doctor that saw me for my back pain January! I was very grateful to have my MRI explained to me by the doctor. I was very impressed with UC health, Grandview Medical Center, and also very impressed to find out that the issue was not what I thought. Thanks Doc.
