I usually don't have any issues here until today.I have a voucher available. The balding dude was too lazy to look it up and lied to my face and told me "no i did not have a voucher" then talked to the guy in the little office and asked him a question amd turned around and proceeded to again tell me no. All the while... NOBODY took the time to look it up. -until i left and called back and spoke to a woman who took the time to look it up- the dudes there are lazy.There are people who need jobs locally that would actually do the work. Instead you have lazy people getting paid to lie, fail to complete job duties and lack customer service skills working here.

It is very difficult to make an appointment in their website. Before they changed their website, it was easy to make an appointment. They set up more pages to ask so many information to input and then it did not allow me to make an appointment. I called their office, and no one answered. I left a message on the phone, no body responded.

They are very rude they do not conduct tests as they should and as specified or required by the manufacturer of the test!!

They need to practice social distancing here but they don't. Sometimes 10 people are crowded together waiting.

Been going there since 1992 and they do there job just fine ..if you think about it it kind of a thought job!! PTSD waiting to happen!! LOL

The staff was totally rude and gave attitude when asked a question. Never once greeted and had to figure out what to do by observation. The place was gross and dirty

One of the guys there had told me even though I was gonna be a couple minutes late that he would still let me take my ua and I called back and no one answered and a Lady walked out and told me that they aren't allowed to do that. Get Your communication and rules straight
