My therapist helped me regain myself. I was at such a low point that I was barely human but the group supported me through everything and I was helped until I was stable enough to start venturing out on my own. I got a job and continued therapy to “sustain” my positive state. I can firmly say I would not be here if not for sandstone.

I had such a great experience at sandstone care! I really got to learn a lot about myself and they made me feel so welcome. I also learned so many coping skills for my mental health. for someone who has never been to group therapy and was so nervous this was probably the best place to go i already miss everyone!
