This company is 100% fraudulent. You're lucky if your ESA or PSD is legit. Most of their diagnosticians are fake and bunk. Find a real one. Don't trust inferential companies!

A big thank you to Brandy who was very helpful. I had some computer problems in filling out the necessary form. I did solve it on my own, but she contacted me and offered any help I might have needed in completing the task. Very prompt and professional in all her communications, Highly recommended!

I was helped by Counsler Brandy this week for a diagnosis and service dog prescription . She was very helpful and even took the time to send additional information to help me work my way through this disability in a more productive manner . She was through yet fast as I was desperate to be able to travel with my trained dog to Hawaii for my sons wedding . With the pandemic it has been almost impossible to get in to get the paperwork needed to travel . This entire process was so much easier and stress free with the help of her and the staff member Stephane who walked me through the entire process . I am forever grateful to you guys !! If your suffering from anxiety that makes it hard to make phone calls they will text and email you ! But it was a pleasure to call in !

i was skeptical at first because i had to call about two times after i waited almost a week before i finally got any further information on my case, but once i got in contact with the right people i had an easy and helpful experience. my anxiety has gone down so much since i've brought prim into my life. two very satisfied clients right here. :)

Brandy has been a great help! She is very thorough and is always there when I need her. By always being available she has helped me with my anxiety. I can't say more than enough how comforting it is to reach out and she is always there. I am so glad to be under her care for my social anxiety issues.

Counselor Brandy was great! She approved me for an ESA. They have been wonderful with filling out the required paperwork for individual airlines. Such a relief knowing I can take my dog and flights won't be as stressful now. Especially with Covid it's even more stressful. Thank you!!
