We have had such a great experience with our therapist, Kristyn. My young daughter has been working with her for a few months and Kristyn has helped her (and me!) tremendously. She has given me great ideas on how to talk and help my daughter when she’s struggling and I’m extremely grateful we found someone who is so great with talking to children.

Kristyn Duffy has been working with my 10 year old son, and our family is indebted to her. I am typically included in sessions because it helps get the most out of our time. Her ability to recall details and relevant factors from sessions long past amazes me, and her approach to challenging topics is always executed in a way that perfectly fits my son's needs. We leave every session feeling lighter, happier, and hopeful. She has helped me understand how to best interact with my son, which has made our house a much happier place. The Ellie Mental Health location we go to in Colorado Springs is beautiful. The check in system is easy, the bathroom is always well maintained, and the lobby area is decorated very nicely with interesting reading material. The room we go into for sessions is inviting and comfortable, and includes fidgets and games that are occasionally incorporated into sessions when appropriate. I absolutely recommend this location and especially Kristyn.

I found Ellie through COS Pride and really liked their personalized approach. All of my previous therapists and practices before took a generalized approach that never clicked for me. I was specifically looking for someone non-judgmental who would start an online working relationship with me and push me in the right directions. After reaching out and filling out my intake information, the director took the time to call me to make sure I was placed with the right person. I've been so lucky to have been personally paired with Kristyn Duffy! Since day 1, she has been such a comforting, encouraging, and helpful therapist. I feel an ease with her that I had never found with others and I think this makes such a difference. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone looking for therapy services. The care from not only Kristyn but the whole team at Ellie is not something you come around often.

In 10+ years, I have been through a handful of therapists and had pretty much given up hope that I would be able to find a good fit. A lot of things I struggle with (specifically military and law enforcement connected) I felt were not being addressed correctly; it really just seemed like prior clinicians were just agreeing with me or attempting to diagnose me with some new disorder. All in all, I just didn't feel understood...and then I found Alberto. I have been seeing Alberto for almost two years now and I can't imagine or even remember where I mentally was prior to finding him. In less than two years, I have made personal strides that are even recognized by my family and friends. I just have a much better understanding of who I am and my purpose. Alberto has been a master at helping to not just cope with what I go through on a daily basis, but face things head on and realize it doesn't define me. His approach is more 'conversational' as opposed to clinical in the sense that he's not just looking to try and understand what disorder you may have, but understand who you are. Talking to him is like hanging out with a long lost friend (who's a lot smarter than me) and getting stuff off of my chest. Point is, if you're dealing with any kind of trauma, especially anything military or first responder connected, give this guy a chance. Trust me, I've been in your shoes, bouncing from person to person or flat out giving up because "no one understands me". STOP IT! Go see Berto.

My son goes here and he's not one to talk to anyone really and he's now opening up to kids at school. He's even talking more at home about things he likes and doesn't like.

I visit with Sydney Pantoja. She is amazing. Always available when I need her. She also has zoom visits. 10 /10 would recommend!

I started going to Ellie Mental Health after my previous therapist had passed away from COVID. I was very nervous starting therapy again because I never thought that I would find someone who clicks with me the way my last therpist did. But I knew that I needed to go. I did a lot of research and looked at a million different office and was starting to get defeated because no one was like my last therapist. Then I found Sydney Pantoja and I felt that I had finally found my person. She has helped me so much in the amount of time that I have been with her. What really brought me to her was that she does EMDR. I had never done it before but it was on my list of things to start. I will recommend Ellie Mental Health and Sydney to anyone who is looking for an office and a therapist that truly cares about their patients. I'm so glad that I found Sydney.

I felt compelled to post a review, based on my experience with Clarisse Grages. Her stellar insight has aided me both personally and professionally. Although I am fairly healthy and balanced, I still find considerable value from working with her. I'm completely satisfied with Ellie Mental Health, and enthusiastically encourage everyone to get their mental health needs met with one of Ellie's highly skilled and qualified Therapists!

Ellie Mental Health is an exceptional practice. I utilize the Colorado Springs Branch, and highly recommend their services. I love the ease and flexibility of online Telehealth appointments, and they have a comprehensive Patient Portal. Everyone I interact with is very compassionate and understanding. Above all, I cannot express how wonderful Clarisse Grages is, she truly does provide personalized care based on my unique needs. Our sessions are advantageous and I experience numerous benefits. I've seen a wide variety of Therapists, Counselors, and Psychiatrists over the decades; Clarisse is among the absolute very best I've encountered.
