Very nice place. My therapist does a great job listening and hearing me, which I find very valuable in today's culture where it seems normal for everyone to talk over you before you've even finished a sentence..
We had a great experience here. We got an appointment pretty quickly, within a couple weeks, for a new patient, and a child at that. We were very impressed with Dr. Haverty. He was patient, kind, and very interactive with my 9yo, while simultaneously listening to all the mounds of information that I was giving him. He presented a variety of treatment options and went with the one I felt most comfortable with.
Marie is very understanding.
Unfortunately, my experience with this mental health group has been deeply disappointing. While mental health care requires consistency, compassion, and stability, this practice has repeatedly failed to provide that. One of the most alarming issues is their inability to retain qualified practitioners. Providers come and go at a concerning rate, and each time, patients are left scrambling—disconnected from care, with little to no support during transitions. This kind of instability isn’t just inconvenient—it’s harmful, especially for individuals who are already in a vulnerable place and seeking consistent help. There seems to be a lack of structure and accountability within the organization. It feels more like a revolving door than a place where long-term mental health support can be trusted. When patients are put out or left in limbo because a provider leaves and there’s no proper handoff or communication, it shows a serious failure in patient care. Mental health treatment should never feel uncertain. I hope this group takes steps to stabilize their team and prioritize the well-being of the people depending on them.
Everyone was helpful and caring
Mr. Steeve is a great practitioner. He took the time to speak to me thoroughly about my needs and goals. He touched base not only on medication management but other parts of holistic mental health care. He was personable, took the time to get to know me, and I can tell he really cares about his patients. I don't plan on seeing anyone else again!
What a truly excellent doctor we have. Dr.Martin listens and has well thought out suggestions. All staff friendly
Dr Marlin is very kind and helpful
Customer service was awful. I don't know if I've ever been talked to so rudely before.. crazy coming from a place that is supposed to help people. I would have been happy to make another appointment but will be seeking treatment elsewhere.
This place and its staff have been life savers. They have an awesome portal and are super responsive! Fast check in process bc they text you the mental health questionnaires to fill out online ahead of time. So convenient!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
