I loved my provider, but the entire time leading up to my appointment felt pretty unprofessional. The receptionist at the office was “working remotely.” Last i checked, receptionists physically greeted people and checked them in. It did not ease my anxiety about the appointment at all.

I have never felt like I was the important person in any kind of mental health place until I came this place. My doctor me feel at ease. Very hard for me to feel at ease or calm in new places or new people. Highly recommend for anyone that needs mental health help. This is your place.

I struggled for a long time trying to find a good psychiatrist, then someone recommended Amber to me. She is great! She actually listens to what I say and truly wants me to feel better.

Amber Gates is one of the most understanding and empathetic psychiatrist I have ever had the experience of working with. the team at Lokiten Behavioral health is amazing as well but Amber will actually sit there and listen to you and your needs instead of just prescribing. she works with you to figure out a path that best suites you. Lots of love for this company.

I waited 2+ weeks for an appointment and it was canceled the day before because I didn’t fill out extra paperwork that I was NEVER SENT until the same day they canceled me.

I love Dr. Shannon, she is an awesome, very professional, compassionate and a very talented Psychiatrist! She listens, she guides, she understands and encourages. I feel great everytime i talk to her. I feel so at ease and i always look forward to my next appt. She truly cares and listens so patiently concerning my Major Depression Disorder. She is so knowledgeable and i trust her decisions on the best medication that will help get me out of my Depression. I can't wait to see my progress over the month's ahead. Shannon is the best Psychiatrist i have ever talked with!! I would highly recommend Shannon for the best comfort and care!!

Collective, Health, is recommended by my doctor. Unfortunately Collective, Health, didn’t have the services that I needed at the time they were barely starting out and wasn’t able to provide me with medication group therapy or individual therapy. Sorry to say but Collective, Health, is not on his game. I’m Disappointed. And suggest anyone that’s looking for Services to go with someone that’s been up and running for a while
