This is a HORRIBLE practice. Christine Khan is unprofessional and does not care about her patients. I called and emailed her office for five months telling her I was having an episode and she cancelled four appointments on me because she was “sick” and then called me two hours after a telehealth appointment that had connection errors saying “just checking in” when I told her receptionist to have her call me for the appointment. She also has failed to call in my prescriptions in a timely manner when I have both called and emailed requesting it. Because of her lack of due diligence as a doctor I am now hiring a malpractice lawyer and have filed a complaint with the Colorado Medical Board for dereliction of duty to a patient. BE AWARE! AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS UNLES!!!

Christine is very professional, knowledgeable and dedicated. She is very good at helping to build an open and sharing environment. It is easy to see how much she cares for her patients. I would recommend her to anyone.

Christine and her team are fantastic! Very thorough in assessment and incredibly thoughtful and understanding. Colorado Springs has needed to fill the gap in mental health providers and Christine and her team are doing that phenomenally!

Springs Behavioral Health is very friendly, comfortable, and accommodating. I’ve never had an issue getting in and they’ll even see me sooner than scheduled if I need it! They listen thoroughly and I truly feel like I’m being understood when I visit. All of their suggestions and solutions have been super helpful and spot on. They definitely know what they’re doing and they absolutely just get people! I highly recommend their services!

I feel so very fortunate indeed to have found Christine at Springs Behavioral Health as a provider. As others have already stated, Christine is kind, understanding, empathetic and actually listens to me. After many years of various struggles, Christine literally diagnosed me within 15 minutes of our initial meeting, which was incredible. I finally felt seen and have real hope that my health will continue to improve. I would also like to take the time to say how amazing Elaine is! As the office manager of the practice, she is warm and responsive, answering the phone often at the first ring, and will many times address my concerns whilst I am on the phone with her! Elaine always follows up with me really quickly on any appointment and/or medication concerns I have and I simply cannot say enough lovely things about her. I absolutely recommend this practice without any hesitation…people who actually, genuinely care about you!

I feel so lucky to have found Christine! I have never before had a psychiatrist who was as engaged and caring as she is. Whenever I discuss symptoms I'm struggling with, she is attentive and compassionate, and I actually feel heard. I have improved noticeably since I started seeing her for medication management, and it is clear that she genuinely cares how you're doing - I hope to continue working with her for the long run; she is the type of doctor you want to stick with!

Contacted them to schedule an appointment and thought we were locked in for my son and myself with a 6 WEEK wait period. They needed more information, which would have been fine. The problem was it was asked for at the end of a paragraph saying we were scheduled. No followup email or phonecall on the number provided, Elaine in scheduling will just let it slide. Don't waste 6 weeks waiting on them, find someone else. Edit-Christine called just now to chastise me for my scathing review under the premise of finding a resolution. She was not interested in what I had to say and just kept talking over me with her own situation and mental divergent issues like that is MY business as a client. The fact that we waited 6 weeks for an appointment did not matter. The fact that they wanted my son and I to wait over ANOTHER month to be seen was somehow my problem because they get too many queries per month to keep track of any 1 appointment request. Again. I reiterate. If you are genuinely seeking help, do not waste MONTHS waiting to get it through these hacks.

My family has what only can be described as a nightmare of an experience with this “business.” I do not recommend them and am very concerned about this practice’s lack of ethics and professionalism.

I have been a patient with Springs Behavioral Health for over a year. They are kind and compassionate and I feel like I am heard when it comes to my treatment and any issues that arise along the way. Treating mental health can sometimes be a very bumpy road, and I feel like they are always there for me.
