Dr. Gilham was nice and knowledgeable. However, I came to him for a women's issue in which I had been seen by many doctors. During the exam, I don't know if he was in a hurry, but it was uncomfortable and I didn't feel well afterwards. None of the other previous doctors had made me feel that kind of discomfort/pain after an exam. I found myself regretting that I saw him. This was just my experience. People may have a better experience. He just didn't have that gentle touch the other 3 docs had.

I know Alpine Womens is the only in the area and if your reading this you are worried. They are the best ever. Dr. Gilham is compassionate and listen to your needs and is so professional and personable you are in perfect hands also his MA Rachel is the best ever if hopefully she is still working with him as they are the perfect team. I hate leaving them but we moved we have family in the area so we might return. We have very complicated fertility issues and we felt so safe with all involved.

I found Dr Gilham personal and professional. Willing to suggest life style changes as opposed to meds as an only resort. He has a sincere and kind approach that put me at ease and warrants a patients trust.. The office and waiting room are inviting and the staff is efficient and kind.

Some of the office staff at Alpine- or what is now called the Womens Centre are unplesent to deal with. Mainly a younger girl who worked the front desk who tends to roll her eyes and not listen to a word you are saying (not Roxanne) Several nurses could probably be friendlier and less patronizing but on the other hand some of the staff are super friendly and accomodating. Dr Gilham is informative, warm and easy to talk to. I also appreciated his "lets wait and see" approach rather than push me as my due date was drawing near about c-sections. He was also attentive during my labor although i was disappointed that at the moment of delivery he had to be back in surgery! In the event I decided to have another baby I would go back to Dr. Gilham for sure.
