Worst experience ever with this doctor's office. At the first appointment I was switched without my knowledge to a different doctor who was unable to do the test requested. They sent me home with a home kit test which was sent back, but they never called to provide results. After following up several times they finally returned my call to say they lost it. Seven months I again followed up to request a test upon which they sent the wrong one (which I did not know) and am now being charged for a genetic test I did not request. They also provided antibiotics which I had an allergic reaction to and ended up in the emergency room. When I called to let them know I left a message and there was no follow up. I am currently fighting the bill for the genetic test and they are of no assistance. They sent me to a billing executive which went to voice mail, and the voice mail is full and will not accept messages. There has not been thing that has gone smoothly with this office. One year later I am no further along in a diagnosis but have hefty bills. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR"S OFFICE!

He listens and makes good suggestions . It took two yrs trying different things but he never mentioned surgery again

I am very lucky that I found Dr. Murray. I can’t thank him enough for doing such a great job on my spine surgery. My pain is gone! I have known many others that have had spine surgery from other surgeons without good results....everyone that I have talked to that had surgery by Dr. Murray is doing very well! I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Dr. Murray for their spine problems!

What a wonderful caring doctor. I have met several doctors since moving to Colorado. I have to say that Dr. Murray is one of the most attentive, knowledgeable, and personable doctors I have ever met. His office is very busy so I can expect some wait time to get in to see him but Dr. Murray made up for the wait. I highly recommend him!

I saw a number of surgeons for my spine problem and I was told that I needed a spinal fusion. I wanted to have a minimally invasive spine surgeon but couldn’t find anyone in the Philadelphia area that offered what I was looking for.. I was prepared to go out of state to have my surgery done until I came across Dr. Murray that is an expert in this type of surgery. I had a L4-L5 fusions and went home the next day. I only needed pain medication for a day or two. I was lucky to have found Dr. Murray!

Dr. Murray and the staff have provided the best care I have ever received for urological issues. Problems are explained clearly by Dr. Murray as are potential solutions. In office procedures have been handled very professionally.

My experience with Dr. Murray and his team was exceptional. His personal nurse Debbie communicated with me throughout the process. She walked me through everything I needed to do and everything I should expect to seeat the hospital. Dr. Murray spent a good amount oftime at his office walking me through my MRI and what he thought the best options were for me. Thestaff at Chester County was great. Dr. Murray met me outside the room and spent time walking me through what to expect. He has a great bedside manner. Everything went according to plan. My laminectomy couldn’t have been better. It is one week later and I am off to Church and enjoying a normal day. Dr. Murray called me the day after and personally followed up. If you are considering Spine surgery I highly recommend Dr. Murray, at Chester County Hospital which is part of Penn / Bill Davis

Everything that I heard about Dr. Murray is true. His excellent ‘bed side manner’ is exceeded only by his surgical skill. I would recommend Dr. Murray to anyone in need of a quality spine surgeon.

I had a minimally invasive spine fusion by Dr. Murray and I was back at work in 2 weeks. This was WELL ahead of anyone else that I have met that has had spine surgery. Dr. Murray is truly on the cutting edge!
