Amazing group of people. This clinic has been an absolute GODSEND. They are patient, understanding, flexible and EXTREMELY CARING!
Administrator was rude and argumentative, Dan Lowe has contacted us for another patient’s appointment- called said “ Hello( wrong name)” on the wrong day and was confused until I finally helped him understand it must have been a scheduling mix up. There is always a scheduling issue- you receive texts and emails for multiple inaccurate dates and times and I’m pretty sure “Jenny” violated HIPPA today while she argued with and over spoke and raised her voice at me- if you have another option that will accept your insurance go that route!
good people that care and understand.
THIS has not gone well. I was referred to AWR by my primary. Before I could been seen, AWR needed some patient intake forms completed. I can see, this would be the best practices, so turned mine in the following day. Then was told I'd not done so. Then, eventually - weeks - their administrator founds the completed forms. Then, I was told "4 month wait to be seen." Eventually - months - I was seen. Then, we started down "the yellow brick road", or is it the "primrose path?" towards getter the provider's Rx to the pharmacy. Over & over, AWR couldn't get this done. IF it was done, it was of no concern to AWR that it was days, weeks or months after I ran out. AWR fired 3 providers this year, prompting me to add: "you're not done. Keep firing people until you get rid of those - credentialed and non - so that you can minimally perform your basic mission routinely." You're far from that as of tis moment and I'm off to search for a competent provider.
Well I have to say number one my experience there has been a good one because number one they saved my life when I moved here to Colorado because it was just a Wallin and not a million different things you have to do for medication treatment and number two Haley the girl that works there as an assistant to the doctors. I have She has been the kindest and sweetest girl in every and any situation with her patience. I wish more people were as kind as her when it comes to patient care. I know that This place is really a good place if you really want help......
Had our first meeting for/with our son today. The good news was it started 15 min late. The bad news was Dan Low didn’t even introduce himself, cut my wife off when she began to speak about what was going on. Very disengaged in the conversation. The cherry on top was 35min in and asked if we could come back next week and pick up the conversation then. “I’m sorry but I’m 3 patients behind”. We were scheduled for an hour. If that’s indicative of the staff there, shame on you. If it’s just him, shame on him.
Beware of the accounting department....double billed twice and fought for a month to get it corrected. It was finally corrected. I dealt with some very rude people in getting this fixed. The staff at AWR is very good and helpful, but that is outweighed by the incompetence of the billing department.
If you or someone you know is suffering from addiction. This is the place to come to for healing ! This place is a non judgmental open arms kind of environment! They set you or your loved one up with whatever kind of help they need to become successful in being free of addiction! I owe this place my sanity. And I can never express how much appreciation I have for the staff , doctors, counselors !

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
