List of Alan Ng's Reviews
Very professional and efficient office staff. I was seen for foot pain. First I had xrays then met with a fellow and lastly Dr Ng. I got fitted for orthodic and hope to avoid surgery. However, the fellow and Dr Ng told me about the surgery in case it were a consideration in future. A few years ago my teenage daughter saw Dr Ng for ankle ligament tear. He recommended non-surgical management for her and she recovered. Ive never been under the knife w Dr Ng but he is well respected in the medical community and would trust him to do my surgery .
Very professional and polite, both staff and and provider.
Dr Ng surely knows his stuff! His rx’d walking air cast & rx’d orthodic shoe for my damaged foot & ankle helped it improve SO much that I don’t even need surgery & P/T anymore!!! I simply only need to wear his rx’d arch support orthodics! What a relief ! He also sincerely cares. & is a great listener. Thxs doc
I would recommend Dr. Ng. He is knowledgeable and efficient. It is obvious he enjoys what he does and cares for his patients. Had a good experience.
Excellent absolutely best doctors I have ever met. I highly recommend them.
Advanced Orthopedics has been great to me. As a utility lineman, I fell and shattered my ankle. Years of pain followed. I met Dr. Ng at a shooting facility and we struck up a conversation. He stated that he could take care of the pain. He is the first to say after several surgeons looked at it, that it was a bad injury. He treated it over a couple of years and now I am walking without pain.
I damaged my tendon. Dr NG ordered a MRI them explained the treatment plan in words I could understand.
I love the precision of the plan for surgery. And the time Dr Ng took to explain it. Very different approach and gave me the confidence now that all will be well. And blessed that the path brought me here. 🕊 Pre-surgery. I'm now 5 mos post-op. While the thought of any time non-weightbearing, let alone 4+ weeks is difficult, the incredible joy of mobility will win out. I hadn't been able to walk even a mile prior to surgery. I just finished a 5 mi foothills hike. With NO pain and even a positive portion of agility. Hardest I've ever had to work, but the Reward due to Dr Ng, Dr Nguyen, Katie's care,. Also Jess and Sophia at OCCPT and the entire staff's care the Reality of pain-free mobility is here Be aware, ask good questions, be organized pre-surgery, obey the Doctor's directions, do your PT exercises and reap pain-free mobility. Walking, hiking, Tai Chi, Zumba, focus on all you'll be able to do again. Yeehaw!! Renee V
Appointment was on time, everyone was friendly and efficient. Dr Ng explained things clearly and concisely using the X-rays as reference. He gave me options and recommendations, welcomed my questions and input and executed the agreed to procedure all in one appointment. I left feeling very confident that if I needed future care that he would be my first choice.
Dr. Ng has done surgery on my right foot for bunion and hammertoe corrections. I see him periodically for orthotic needs and checkups. He's open to patient questions, and provides great info about various conditions. I would highly recommend him!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
