List of Alex Goldsmith's Reviews
As a new potential person the office makes you go through hoops to even be considered and then they never call you back. Rude people.
Dr. Goldsmith has been our family doctor for many years and we feel extraordinarily fortunate to have the benefit of his care. He is extremely caring, listens intently, explains things extremely well in lay terms, and consistently goes above and beyond to care for us or get us to the best possible specialists to meet our needs. We could not be more satisfied with the care we get from him.
Doctors don’t get any better than this. If all doctors were like Dr Goldsmith, we’d all be flocking to doctors. I am grateful.
Dr. Goldsmith is AMAZING. He is so kind and helpful. Very knowledgeable and always up to date on the latest in medical care. I can't recommend him highly enough. I feel so lucky to have him as my doctor.
Just as Covid-19 closed the country, I had a 104 degree fever. I called Dr. Goldsmith, who had been my doctor for 4 years) to ask for a Covid test. His answer was emailed and nasty. Then he left me a message that he was no longer going to be my doctor. THIS MAN LEFT ME HANGING DURING A PANDEMIC AND EXACTLY BEFORE MY HUSBAND DIED OF COVID 19. Whatever oath he took, in my opinion HE BROKE IT! I also had C-Diff for over 9 months. I kept telling him about how sick I was and he said he didn't know. I went to another doctor for a stool test and found I had C-Diff, had lost 20 pounds and could have died. His lack of response was astounding . He finally gave me antibiotics for 90 days. Why pay a "concierge" doctor if they will not follow up on anything? DO NOT!
Dr. Goldsmith is such a caring person. It’s rare to find a doctor who truly cares about his patients—Dr. Goldsmith is a rare gem. He’s kind, he listens, he’s responsive and he a great doctor. I feel blessed to have found him.
Dr. Goldsmith was my doctor for 20 years until he left and formed another practice with some other doctors. They charge 3k a year to see them, so as he wanted, Dr. Goldsmith dumped all his loyal patients that stuck with him for decades. He told me he wasn't making any money having Medicare patients on his schedule, so we are all scrambling to find doctors who do. If you consider him for your doctor, you better have deep pockets cause all he is interested in, is MONEY!!!! I and all his Medicare patients are upset and disappointed in his ethics and morals. Do not choose this doctor, he might dump you too!!!!
Great man, great doctor. Caring, compassionate, thorough. I’ve been with him for 20+ years. Would never go elsewhere.
Dr. Goldsmith Is a nice man which is the only reason he did not get a one star rating from me. A few years ago my mother broke her leg and saw Dr. Goldsmith for her aftercare. He was her primary care physician. She reported to him during an office visit, a sharp pain in her leg. She was refitted with a new boot by Dr. Goldsmith's office. That is it. Two days later she was dead from a pulmonary embolism stemming from a blood clot in her leg. Ive since learned blood clots are a common risk with broken bones. That was the pain she was reporting. It was never even investigated and Dr. Goldsmith's sheer incompetence in this matter contributed significantly to my mother's death at the age of 64. The blood clot could have likely been treated if her symptoms were properly investigated. Dr. Goldsmith is not aware of this but he was a hare"s breath away from being sued for his gross negligence. My mom has missed meeting my partner and new stepsons. She missed seeing me graduate with a Master's degree. She is about to miss yet another Thanksgiving. She's missed so much all due to improper medical care. We've been heartbroken an we miss her every day. Nice person or not, I will always steer people away from his practice.
Caring , competent , fantastic.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
