Staff was excellent from front desk support to the professional staff. Dr. Hatzidakis was through and gave me as much time as I needed. The only negative was finally taken the the examination room 45 minutes after my original appointment time and another 20 or 30 minutes before I saw the doctor.

The visit was excellent and professional. I am having trouble with follow up. I was asked to get an MRI and gave a location which called promptly. However I asked when the MRI should be v surgery and cannot get a response so can't schedule. This is easy I think. Hope you can help. Thank you.

Dr. Hatzidakis performed a total right shoulder replacement for me. Except for the first few days, the pain was quite manageable without any medications. The overall experiment was very pleasant. Dr. Hatzidakis even came to see me at night almost 10 hours after my surgery. Leading up to the surgery, his staff detailed the procedure and the recovery process. Everything seems to be going according to the expected time line. Can’t wait to get the arm strength back. But right now I am working on my range of motion. I would not hesitate to go through the procedure again, if needed. Highly recommend Dr. Hatzidakis and his staff.
