Autumn heights is a great place to work. After working here for a little over a month now as an agency CNA I will continue to do so. The staffer here seems to be motivated in getting all shifts covered and does an amazing job to work with my schedule. As long as the jobs are done and nothing is red in PCC nurses and administrators dont bother the CNAs. The reputation Autumn Heights has is nowhere near the reputation it should have now and I'll be one of the first to acknowledge it.

I have worked with this team before through agency. The staff is great. I was able to get in touch with someone about questions even it is in the middle of the night. I even had someone help me at 2 am to reset a password. I read the comments posted and I can say that some of those opinions do not align with I have experienced personally.Leadership jumps on to help and the social services director is great with the patients.

There was 1 staff member in the building on Christmas. No management... 100% neglect. All management should be charged with neglect and fired.

Had only one employee on Christmas Day and that employee had to call 911 to have all covid patients transferred. You can’t tell me that one employee was able to take care of everyone else. Would never suggest having a family member here. I can’t trust that they would care for them.

One of the most sketchy nursing homes ever… used to work EMS and after seeing how they operate, I’d never let a loved one stay there. They call 911 to help with staffing issues, instead of having their own staff. Never, ever let a loved one stay here…

It is harder to get in to see family then if they were in jail-prison-or the hospital.Also be very carefully with personal belongs of loved ones. They disappear.
