When I was getting checked in the girl Karina was very nice and helpful, they need more workers like her everywhere! Great experience thanks to her.

Dont go here!!!! Was treated incredibly incredibly bad towards the end of my time here. I'm in fact switching clinics because the problem I faced was so bad. I will say on the positive side is that my last counselor was AMAZING! Hands down best counselor I have had from 5 years of doing methadone clinics. With that said I have been at this particular clinic for two years now and within literally 1 year I had jumped around to 5 different counselors I believe. It's hard for someone to open about their problems and why they might be using. Mix that in with having to change counselors almost every other month. It wears you down and makes you feel like it's a waste to talk. Every counselor I recieved at the beginning at bhg would end up leaving or would switch me to another counselor due to high patient volume at their clinic. I will post full explanation later for the reason for 1 star. But do your self a favor and DONT even go on methadone! The withdrawls are terrible and last up to 3 weeks. If you want to get clean from something do yourself a favor and quit cold turkey and never look back. The human body and mind are incredible things and know you are stronger then you think. This stuff will put you in shackles and hand cuffs!!!******YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED*******

I am a patient here currently, and I have to say that the vast majority of the staff I have encountered have been wonderful people who seem to legitimately want to help folks through the rough road that is early recovery. That said, they unfortunately lose a star due to some practices that are impractical, such as the absolute and unflinching 'The second the clock strikes closing, the doors shut and stay that way'. All in all though, the place is a lifesaver.

This place is amazing!! I go here over been here for about a year and I never knew about methadone before BHG and it's hands down the best decision I've ever made Sophia and Kim are truly amazing and will have you're back through anything. And I've made some of the realest and truest friends I've ever met.

Saved my life !! Place is amazing.it’s clean wonderful staff.they need a Nobel peace prize . Please go here if you need help and nothing else is working.this place works .

This place is so "AWESOME " the staff from the front desk to the nurse's that dispenses the medication to the administrative staff are all very professional and kind Melissa and Tina you ladies are awesome look forward to seeing your guys bright shining faces daily, you lady's ROCK !!!

This place is great and Kim the lady who runs it are fantastic. Your first appointment will take a while. You have to go through a few steps. But after that you can just show up and it’s real quick and easy to dose and then taper off.

If you want your life back this place or any other methadone clinic is the place to go.Intake went very smooth and quick.Saw the doctor and started me at 25mg methadone and went up +5mg daily, and stopped at a dose I was most comfortable with. (100mg) Then I started tapering down -5mg every other week. The front desk, doctor, nurse & counselor were extremely nice and caring.The only this is, I saw a guy who was 5 minutes late and they closed the door and would not let him in to get his dose and he started to get real angry and was freaking out.. other than that if you are on time, just show your ID, and as you wait for your name to get called, its going at a fast pace. You go up take your dose and your done.
