Bicycle Health Suboxone Clinic's Online Review Report Card

Completely unprofessional. Nearly impossible to get in contact with outside of appts that occur once a month. I accidentally forgot to ask for a refill for one of my medications that I need on a daily basis during my appt. Called and messaged them, waiting for hours only to hear that my provider is out for the next five days and no one else in the staff could step in to help. They’re decent but make sure you take care of absolutely everything during your appointment. Customer service is essentially non-existent. Now about to embark on five days without needed meds. Wish me luck!

I did not have a good experience with bicycle health. I have been on my meds for four years now which have helped me stay sober. After three wonderful years at front range clinic, I was forced to switch over to bicycle health when my insurance changed. My doctor, Oluwafemi Oyewole was just the worst. He snapped at me when I was trying to have a serious discussion about my meds. Made me so uncomfortable. On top of that they kept changing my appointment times without consulting me first. They kept scheduling me in the middle of my work day. Disclaimer- This was my own experience. I’m sure plenty of other people had good experiences with bicycle health, just not me. Don’t let a negative review keep you from using them if you need help staying sober!

Bicycle Health saved my life!!! It was a little rough in the beginning trying to find a pharmacy to fill the prescription, but my provider called around until she found one. It's great to not have to go daily to get your medicine, and the zoom meetings are super convenient. I've been a patient for a little over a year now, they are great people.

Bicycle health is hands down one of the best treatment options for anyone who needs Suboxone treatment. The providers are AMAZING they actually listen and care. They never make me feel judged or bad about myself. They are great at making you feel comfortable and respected. Also the rest of their team (those who answer msgs, do billing, answer any questions you have or get msg to your provider etc...) are just as great they are always patient with me and respond to my needs promptly and professionally. I know this review is long but these guys are worth it and I just had to share. If you need help...get ahold of them you won't regret it!!!

Be AWARE! YES! EVERY BUSINESS NEEDS TO MAKE MONEY BUT THEY WILL CUT YOU OFF AND REQUEST YOU PAY CASH EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE INSURANCE! VERY GREEDY AND ONLY CARE ABOUT $$$! NOT YOU..BE SAFE

This App is really and truly a life saver. The reason it is only four stars is sometimes as I have had tow people I talk to they communication is not the same they gave me. Also the first person I spoke with was always in a hurry and late to the meetings and I would wait a while send a message to let them know but anything past 15 MINUTES I think is a more then enough fair time for me to wait for an appointment they set for me and know they need to be at. I don't mind waiting not one or twice but when it was consistent and they then say I missed the appointment and tried t charge me felt was unfair. Also the drug test are gang get lost sometimes or need to be sent with extra as this occurred and it was held against me. Also some people you talk to understand reality and get the fact that its a process and then their are others that do not understand nor get it and it sadly gets people to leave or feel like they are being looked over and made me not want to open up to the persona and when they forgot what you talked about before or read the file prior to your appointment it makes it seem they do nt care. I understand they have a lot of people but to understand how much somebody would need it and effects their entire life is a huge deal wether they feel it is or not. Luckily the pweosn who showed me the app used it and came off f their addiction as we'll as me well on my way to a good solid recovery without any hiccups. But sadly I hear and know more people with bad experiences and all depends on the person they get and how involved they are or how much they care it truly does. Thank you for your time.
