Brian Willoughby's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been with Dr. Willoughby for almost 15 years. After a horrible accident, he was referred to me by multiple plastic surgeons. He rebuilt my entire face and I owe my life to this man. The office is comfortable and Scott and Becky are the best.

Dr. Willoughby has been a huge help to us. I tend not to write reviews however, I have wrote a few on physicians as of recent days due to an isolated incident. When you get lucky. enough to get great care from a physician , writing a good review is least one can do. Dr. Willoughby along with Becky, have just been wonderful, empathetic, kind and genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Willoughby is extremely knowledgeable .As a CRC, I did not even have to share all of my research ( on something uniquely specific ) he already had the knowledge and treatment readily available in his tool box! Dr. Willoughby's bedside manner is impeccable!!! I am truly thankful to have been referred to this doctor in our extreme time of need. Thank you so much and we will continue our eye care with Dr. Willoughby as well as refer anyone we can to him!! 10 star Doc and Becky !!

I had an emergency back in November where my lower eyelid was torn off by a dog bite. I am so thankful Dr. Willoughby came into the ER to put my lower eyelid back together. I wasn't sure how it would heal because of the damage...after just 4 1/2 months it is looking pretty good. I hope it will heal even more. I wanted to post these pictures of the healing because I looked all over the internet for some hope during the healing process when it first happened and couldn't find much. Dr. Willoughby did such an amazing job and I can't even truly express my gratitude.

I had an emergency on Sunday and went to the ER and there were no plastic surgeons on call and Dr. Willoughby came in last minute to fix my face. Omg! I am so thankful and think that God must have sent him. I was terrified because a dog ripped my lower lid off my face. Just a few days have passed and I am already healing well. I can't say enough how thankful I am for this doctor and his willingness to last minute come in and help me.

Excellent service and great bedside manner

Amazing bedside manner. No arrogance with this doctor..just meticulous work. Fully explains everything. Impressed with his staff in answering questions. First rate experience.

Friendly doctor and staff, but I can't say I would recommend him. He performed a total of 3 double eyelid surgeries on me and the results were very poor. I ended up with less than 1 mm crease and tons of scarring. He performed his first surgery on me in 2015. It's 2018 and I still suffer from noticeable scarring. I ended up going to another plastic surgeon to get my crease fixed. The crease he made was so poorly done, the other doctor ended up making her own crease above the one he did.

I had a drooping eyelid caused by an eye doctor's treatment for a stye...Dr. Willoughby was amazing in fixing that. You can't even tell I ever had a problem or surgery. He is thoughtful, patient and thorough. Highly recommend.

I am one day post-surgery for a obstructed lacrimal gland (DCR surgery) and feel amazing. No pain, no bruising, nothin'! Dr. Willoughby has been so accommodating, compassionate and kind during my somewhat difficult time finding a a competent surgeon to repair by tear duct. If you can get in to see him, he's the best!
