Worst doctor’s office ever . Staff are rude . They dont look to resolve problems they just prescribe a whole bunch of bullshit .

I left this clinic because last year I had a knee injury and it took 4 months and 8 Dr’s to finally refer me for surgery. They didn’t offer a med plan to treat my pain, even though I specified I was seeking over the counter (OTC) treatment they all lectured me about trying to get opioids. None of them came with a suggestion to use ibuprofen a certain way or anything. It took 11 years for my PCP to refer me for gastric issues and fibromyalgia. I was careful to tell them the details in I don’t know how many visits over the years about my issues. Nobody noticed. After the issue with my leg, I decided to subject myself to the tedious process of finding a new PCP, because I was over my treatment plan being neglected. I would never have taken the time to detail their decisions if I’d ever heard from the clinic manager when I reached out to her. When I was an MA at a health clinic, I know our manager would make sure to do everything to resolve their issue.

I would rate it zero stars if I could. They do take messages to set up appointment, have a dirty office, and prescribed the wrong medication for strep. Do not go here

Don’t ever go here! I went in to apply for the discount program and CLAUDIA was the person helping me and She didn’t even look at my papers and told me I couldn’t apply. She was extreme rude and had a face of disgust. Workers there act like the money comes out their pocket and you have to basically beg them for them to take your application.

E estado en esta clínica desde el 2012 y me parecía buena pero últimamente an cambiado te disen que llames para hacer cita el mismo día llamas y dicen que la manager no les dio autorización de dar citas el mismo día solo algunas así llame alas 7.30 para asegurarte que encuentres alguna y ya no hay

DO NOT GO HERE. The wait times are terrible and the doctors are not trustworthy. Do not consent to the doctors suggesting a specialist that "has some free time to stop in now if you want to meet them". They will end up charging you an outpatient visit fee for an "appointment" you never had. They are still trying to charge me for this fake outpatient visit that happened 2 years ago. I also regularly had to ask my MD to refill prescriptions after appointments when she said she'd already submitted it. Would NEVER go here again.

Pésimo lugar no ballas acá me van cambiando la cita 4 veces y cada cita para cada mes a ellos no les importa nada los pacientes sin saber lo que pueda pasar en todo lo q están alargando citas alas personas pésima comunicación te llaman un día antes de la cita que ocupas algo q no tengas se pasan con esa actitud y falta de comunicación pésimo servicio

Read and trust the reviews. This place is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Longest wait times on the phone, and when I went to see a Dr (who was great), the process of having them send paperwork and orders to a specialist was an absolute disaster. Tons of miscommunication and clear lack of organization. Go somewhere else.

Valerie on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Saying it takes 72 hours to refill a prescription. I know am going to an urgent care to refill as it has been over 24 hours to refill a simple prescription.
