I had the worst experience I have ever had in my life at an urgent care, here at this location. First off, I have a broken index finger I'm waiting to have seen and treated. Hilda, the front desk receptionist I'm guessing, since she had no idea how to do her job, was extremely rude and not helpful in any way. I asked her to call my insurance so there was no confusion, from the beginning. She then had messed up 3 patients before me and when it was my turn I was told I owe 200$ for the visit since my family deductible wasn't met yet. I had just gotten off the phone with insurance and my individual deductible was met and there was to be no charge at all. I verified twice. She then made me wait longer and called her manager who eventually told her to call insurance and by then they were closed and she told me I have to pay the 200$ to be seen since she can't reach anyone to verify. This was extremely upsetting and a awful way to treat people you are there to take care of. If you need a good urgent care close by, AFC Englewood was amazing and absolutely knows how to treat people.

I've called twice now and asked to be called back by the staff as my antibiotics/suggested allergy treatment have not been effective. Even confirmed that they had the right phone number the last time that I called... they have not called me back either time and I asked them specifically to make sure I was called back.
