Healthcare team were polite, efficient, and compassionate. Receptionist refused to scan my secondary insurance card into system. She was not friendly and would just stare when I tried to explain it was a secondary insurance.

Have been here a couple times and i would definetly go elsewhere for more attentive care. Krystal, the MA is lovely tho. Really great at her job and provides great patient care. The PA i saw was in and out super fast. Came in for some URI symptoms. He "listened" to my lungs, looked in my ear, gave me a neb treatment and sent me on my way. Throat is still very sore which he didnt look at, at all and im now having trouble getting my inhaler filled which ive never had trouble with b4 as ive had asthma my entire life. Front desk girl looked less then thrilled to be there on a saturday. - i get it, im also a MA but customer service is a key component and you know weekend work is required when you take an mA job at an URGENT CARE!. Also came here some months ago for a TB test and vaccine. The subQ injection was given in the incorrect place and the staff during that visit was very rude. Had to come here because its closest to where i stay and i genuinely couldnt breathe today. Will strongly consider going elsewhere next time. UPDATE AS OF 9/25/23: went from 3 to 1 stars. took over 48 hours to get an inhaler for a visit that was labeled as unspecified adult asthma attack. AND URI symptoms. Needed a prior auth from the PA. Called several times between saturday night and monday evening. Was promised a call back sunday. Nothing. Was unable to fill the prescription until monday night at 530pm. Had to use a secondary insurance as the prior auth STILL had not been taken care of after several phone calls and confirmation it would be done. Will not visit here again. You will most definetly get better care elsewhere.

They said 2 1/2 hour wait I waited for 3 hours. Kids running around being loud letting people play music/entertainment on their phone speaker.

By law, they have to see someone when their sick, regardless of their ability to pay, and they refused to see me. I'm contagious, and I honestly hope everyone gets sick.
