I made an appointment to get on subutex and no one told me the clinic has a rule they don’t prescribe it. Also went in for my appointment today on my one day off and they cancelled it and said I did even though I got a reminder the night before at 8:30pm. So they made me wait 2 hours to be seen even though it was their mess up. Won’t be returning again.
When you to the doctor for what ever reason. You expect the doctor, nurses, etc. To work with you, help you understand things an what not right, respect your decisions as a patient. Well Here is the opposite of everything I just said. Supposedly they couldn't give my medicine that needed refill. Because they need my blood to if I need to change my medicine. Point here is , last time I went for the same reason. But last they were very rude, lied to me, and didn't respect me as a patient or my boundaries. They dont even do there job like they suppose to. Asking me questions that they suppose to know. Like duh thats why iam here ?because you the doctor. They really don't take me as Consideration. An honestly they treated poorly. When I have to come to the doctor , I don't even want to step foot in this. I rather go somewhere else.
Are their phones even working? Update: Some vile witch picked up the phone and in a condescending manner berated me as to why I called her, why I disturbed her. I apologized for waiting on hold for 10 minutes and that medicaid gave me this number. I apologized for asking her to do her job and hung up. This clinic wants poor people to die.
Ellos son maravillosos todos los doctores que me han atendido son muy profesionales y sumamente amables muchas gracias ❤️
SAVE YOURSELF! They can't even refill a prescription with accuracy. They will tell you that you need a follow up appt, but then they'll tell you they can't schedule your follow up now and that you need to call back in a couple weeks to schedule. If you forget to call back, forget your follow up. Your medical care, in their eyes, is not their responsibility. One of my prescriptions needs two pills because of the dosage. Last week on Tuesday I called and my pharmacy called to refill my prescriptions. The refill wasn't ordered until Friday afternoon. When I go to pick it up, they have only refilled one of the two. Don't get frustrated. If you even express disappointment in their performance while on the phone with them, they will hang up on you. I was hung up on while I was talking because having a discussion of their mistakes "was not (her) responsibility." It is my own personal mistake that I have been with them as long as I have. As soon as my new insurance is in place, I'm saving myself. I encourage you to save yourself and never engage this medical practice.
I love Maureen main reason why I keep coming. So far I’ve been on hold for 16 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous I spent my whole break waiting…
Excelente clinica y el doctor q me atendio muy buen medico las enfermeras muy simpaticas y amables es un Hospital super me encanta
Muy buena clinica
I called for an appointment and this is what they said: "I don't have any appointments available and I don't know when are we taking new appointments." They proceded to hang up. Very rude personal. Who funds this clinic? They treat you like a nobody if you don't have insurance.
Todos en este lugar son muy amables. Me brindaron una atención de cinco estrellas Gracias 🙏

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
