Dr Hagan is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. She answered my many questions with ease and I did not feel rushed once! I felt like the care I received was top notch. The front office staff should never reflect on the review of a doctor and this doctor deserves 5 stars.

Do not make appointments with Dr. Hagan at the Wheat Ridge location unless you are okay with them getting cancelled over and over again with no explanation, courtesy, or professionalism. I (was) a new patient, made an appointment for Nov. Showed up to the appt, was told by the *thoroughly* unpleasant receptionist that it had been cancelled and that they had tried calling me "several" times. Looked at my call history, turns out they had called *once* a couple days before the appointment, all the while still sending numerous emails and text messages in the days after that call reminding me to check in. Earliest they could reschedule me was for over a MONTH later. Now? Cancelled again today, three days before the rescheduled appointment--same attitude, no acknowledgement of already being bumped once. Thanks to this poorly run clinic where the rot clearly comes from the top, I can't get in with anyone else before my deductible resets. Waste of time and (in my case) huge waste of money.
