i take time off of work. take an 40 minute uber ride - arrive FOUR minutes late and get turned away??? forget this place. terrible front desk and never coming back.

Terrible experience. Keisha was very rude and made insensitive comments. She did not get back to me about my serious lab results for 3 and a half weeks. Had a very nonchalant attitude. I had a concern about a bump on my breast and she said " I'll put in for an ultrasound because I'm not paying for it". Would not recommend Also front desk staff is rude

I do not recommend this place. Unless you can see Dr Rustici every single time do not go here. They do not take the time and knowledge necessary to care for their patients. I was having extreme fatigue where I could feel it in my bones 4 months postpartum and went in and saw NP Paris and you could tell she just thought I was crazy and had postpartum depression. She checked my labs and they came back in “normal range” except my vitamin D was 30.4 and normal range is 30 and I understand that it just made the cut for normal but she didn’t say anything about it and just suggested depression pills. I refused as I knew that wasn’t the solution. I waited it out a few more months and went back again in September and saw Dr. David’s and explained similar symptoms if not worse. She again suggested depression pills and after getting blood work done my vitamin d did actually come back low and she did say in a my chart message to supplement with vitamin d but didn’t mention ANYTHING that that could be why I’m feeling so tired and could be the cause of my symptoms. I felt so awful postpartum I ended up having to quit my job as I could barely function. Fast forward to 9 months postpartum, I wasn’t giving up on my health so I made an appointment with my pcp and she did labs and yet again my vitamin d was still low. She mentioned that could definitely be why I am feeling so bad and had me triple my vitamin d intake and is also providing me with a prescription vitamin D. My symptoms completely disappeared in a few days. My fatigue went away, my muscle aches went away, my mood got tremendously better and I am sleeping so much better. How I feel now is day vs night, I feel cured. I am livid that I struggled for 10 months when the doctors had the answer right there or could have atleast did a follow up to make sure my vitamin d levels were getting better. DEPRESSION PILLS DO NOT FIX A VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY!!! They just wanted to prescribe me depression pills when in my heart I knew that wasn’t the problem. To say I’m upset is an understatement. You trust in these doctors to help you but I think they think of you as just a number and as if what you are describing is a lie. Unless you can see Dr. Rustici every time, DO NOT go here if you want to be treated with detailed care, follow up and knowledge.

I had an overall OK experience with my prenatal care at this office until I received my NIPT results and began struggling emotionally. I reached out because I was having a very hard time coping and was offered an appointment the following Monday at 1:00 PM with Dr. Rustici. About an hour before the appointment, I received a call that it needed to be rescheduled to 3:00 PM, which was already difficult given how upset I was that day. When I arrived, I was visibly distressed and explained that I was struggling significantly. I was asked routine screening questions, and when the doctor came in, the interaction felt rushed. The tone of the visit felt dismissive and lacked empathy. I did not feel that my emotional state was taken seriously. I was told, “You’re 23, there’s plenty of time to have the gender you want,” and was offered a Zoloft prescription and informed that termination was an option. While I understand that providers must discuss all available options, the delivery felt casual and minimizing at a time when I was extremely vulnerable. I left feeling unsupported and alone. Because of that experience, I chose to cancel my remaining appointments and transfer my care elsewhere. Every ultrasound appointment prior to that felt pretty rushed as well. Each scan took like 60 seconds before it was over and I just felt like they try to get people in and out as soon as humanly possible. I didn’t even get the routine NT scan at my 12/13 week appointment. I would not recommend this clinic for prenatal care to anyone, especially those who have struggled with prior pregnancy loss.

I received great care from Dr. Rustici, Dr. Spellman, and Dr. Parikh throughout my pregnancy! I had a pretty boring pregnancy/was never high risk but felt heard and taken care of throughout. Would also recommend seeing Sue as a Nurse Practitioner! She is super kind and helpful.

I have been coming to this office for about 10 years, but given my recent experience will not be returning.Since Intermountain Health took over the patient care has significantly decreased. Through my most recent pregnancy I had numerous issues with this office. The front desk employees are unprofessional each and every time you arrive. They often mis-schedule appointments or call the day before to reschedule without any apology or explanation. I was extremely disappointed with the patient care with numerous providers and the office manager. I never received a single call about test results, even when they were abnormal. The office’s only response was a MyChart message was sufficient. In addition, not a single person from this office showed up at the hospital for the birth of my child. Again they relied on the fact that any Intermountain Health was fine. I was never informed that the doctors I was familiar with would not be present or even check on me. I would strong NOT recommend this clinic to anyone that cares about patient care and customer service.

Unprofessional and Inconsiderate After scheduling my appointment No one in the office bothered to check my insurance right there and then rather then for me to have waited 4 weeks & getting called 1 day before my appointment that they don’t accept the insurance I have. 15 weeks pregnant 🤰 & still waited for my 1st appointment

I love the doctors here especially Dr. Parikh, she makes me feel comfortable!

I appreciate that they made time to get me in. This is the second great experience I've had here.

Dr. Davids has demonstrated specialized knowledge and great compassion. I appreciate her care.
