I have been with Kaiser for over 15 years and even during the pandemic I have felt that KP has always had my best interests at heart. I feel comfortable going into their offices and I have always been successful in getting responses from the health care professionals I need to see as well as appointments. Dr. Thomas Rehring is terrific. Great bedside manner, very communicative. Clearly explained options and was very reassuring. His nurse, Jessica Wallace, was also great. Really took time to explain things and showed genuine concern for my health. This KP team hit it out of the park.
