Dr.Chris is a highly intelligent Doctor and is helping me with some very complex auto-immune issues. He truly listens to his patients and wants to better understand their point of view so he can solve problems that do not have obvious answers. His office staff is also attentive , efficient, and kind. I highly recommend this office if your interested in an experience where your health is at the center of the Doctor's focus.

Incredible Personalized Care and Attention. No, no you didn't read that wrong - a practice that focusses on you and your needs, not the clock. This is the real-deal concierge medicine, not just an extra "$20/month" kind of factory concierge medicine. The staff (Nessie and Jen) are as responsive and amazing as the docs who lead the practice. Highly recommend.

I am a new patient with Dr. Griffith. He has been very helpful in providing access to tests which go over and beyond those normally found for a routine physical. Also, we have had useful discussions on the progress of the state of the art in existing and future medical science for preservation of healthy longevity. We have been extremely pleased with our long term (over 20 year)relationship with Dr Kevin Lutz at Concierge medical care. He is always ready to help us navigate the intricacies of modern health care. When my husband was hospitalized in South Korea 10 years ago Dr Lutz stayed on top of every aspect of my husband's care despite the vast difference in time zones. Recently my husband was hospitalized in Colorado and Dr Lutz communicated with me and the hospital staff up until the moment he left on vacation. At that point Dr Chris Griffith of the same practice took over. He studied Dr Lutz's notes and retrieved the hospital notes as well. There was no lapse in care although we had never worked with Dr Griffith. This proved to me that the entire operation at Concierge Medical Care could always efficiently and professionally handle our care.

I've had years of outstanding medical treatment from Dr. Lutz and his Wonderful staff. I'm sure things will get even better with the new doctor. I have direct contact with my physician with no waiting. I can text him and he texts right back. My physicals take an hour and Dr. Lutz performs a wholistic approach, such as what are you eating? How's your relationship with your partner? He even asked about my dog. He wants to know the whole you before making diagnoses and writing scripts. He was on the phone in seconds when I called to say I had COVID and didn't know what to do. When I was out-of-town, I texted him photos of a rash and he called me right back to discuss the origins. He keeps me updated on the latest immunizations I should get. I can't ever go back to the managed care model with stressed out doctors who have exactly 10 minutes max to evaluate and treat you. I've had doctors who don't make eye contact. Our current health model is failing. Thank goodness there's Concierge Medical Care. This is how all care should be but I guess it's impossible with insurance companies essentially making health care decisions that save them money. I'm not a big user of health care services but nevertheless, Dr. Lutz is worth every penny. I had a preferred provider in my managed care plan try to prescribe statins--she didn't accurately interpret my blood test results, probably due to lack of time. Luckily, Dr. Lutz reviewed my blood tests with me in detail and my cholesterol is just fine and has been for the many years I've been with him.

The staff and Dr. Griffith are amazing if you want very personal care and a team that will work with you! They take the time to get to know you and value that relationship between Dr. and Patient. Highly highly recommend.
