List of Congress Park Clinic Primary Care's Reviews
After my provider of many years left his prior practice I needed to quickly find a new PCP. After being referred to Intermountain, I immediately connected with Kyle and he has been phenomenal!
No better place.
Terrible service, inefficient, long delays. Avoid.
I had a disappointing experience with this clinic. I completely understand the need for ID verification as a new patient, but the communication was unsatisfactory. After explaining my work schedule, I was given a front desk email to send my ID, which I scanned and submitted two days in advance. I never received confirmation. On the day of my telehealth appointment, I found out it had been canceled without notification. I later learned that, despite being told I could submit my ID remotely, the policy required an in-person visit. I expect a front desk attendant to know that an in-person visit to show ID is required, yet she provided me with incorrect instructions. I followed her guidance, and now I can't receive care due to this oversight. To make matters worse, I wasn't even notified about the cancellation—they simply canceled without any communication. In summary, this misinformation led to unnecessary confusion and my appointment cancellation without notice. I expected better communication and timely updates from a larger institution. This experience has left me frustrated, which is unfortunate because I was looking forward to receiving care here.
Pamella from primary care made false promises and lacked compassion. Its 0 stars for me.
My experience with NP Kyle A. Possemato's office here has been excellent. He's attentive, detail-oriented, and takes time to give great medical advice and referrals. I've never had an issue with their scheduling, billing, or online system.
I just wanted to say that my first experience with Dr. Murphy as my new PCP was great! Best doctor I've been to in years, by far! She's a great listener, extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date with current research and best-practices, as well as good at considering the insurance implications of the medical decisions we discussed and recommending a course of action that would be conducive to getting everything covered without sacrificing the quality of care. Top quality medical care from her all around! I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new PCP. The only reason I'm giving fewer than five stars is because of the medical staff at the facility. The nurse who took my weight and blood pressure made me feel *extremely* uncomfortable in many various ways that I won't go into detail about here! Needless to say that I very much hope that I will have the opportunity to interact with a different nurse upon my next visit, as she was extremely unpleasant to deal with (without technically being unprofessional, I'll admit). I know that this is a fairly new facility, so hopefully they'll get their staffing issues figured out soon. In summary, I'd still highly recommend Dr. Murphy as a PCP, despite the problematic staff member.
I can't say enough about the SCL practice at Congress Park. The administrators are friendly, responsive, and diligent. I see Dr. Jay Shi, and he is in every repect the best MD I've been to in my lifetime. Dr. Shi is empathetic, knowledgeable, and, frankly, brilliant. In the 3 or 4 years I've been seeing him, he has never failed to go out of his way to accurately diagnose and effectively treat. He also happens to have a great temperament and excellent sense of humor. Bravo!
If could give 0 stars i would....worst billing experience of my life. Also, couldnt even get a referral for another place when needed to go to someone else who specialized. Will never be going back. Stay far away....
I’m surprised by seeing so many negative reviews. This is the nicest doctor practice I’ve ever been to. I never feel rushed during my appointments and always feel well taken care of.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
