Communication here is very poor. Despite providing my pregnancy details yesterday, I was called today and asked the same questions again. I've wasted my lunch break on hold only to find out no progress was made on scheduling a simple blood test. It feels like patient records aren't being checked or respected. If you are a working professional with limited time, be prepared for a lot of 'back and forth' for even the simplest appointments.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and organization. I have been a patient at this clinic since 2021, I called yesterday to provide all the necessary details for an HCG blood test, yet I received a call today asking for the exact same information while I was at work. When I pointed out that my records should have been updated, the staff was dismissive. To make matters worse, I spent my limited 30-minute lunch break on hold, only to be told the person I was dealing with had gone to lunch without actually scheduling my appointment or leaving notes for anyone else to help me. This back and forth is unprofessional and adds unnecessary stress to what should be an urgent and straightforward medical request. today’s experience has been so unprofessional that I am seriously considering finding a new provider. 4/22 Update: I have been contacted to resolve the issue.
Thank you Dr. Jacobson and team! You have provided the best possible care for me and my family over the years. Highly recommend! Shout out to Chiara for always being so friendly at the front desk!
If it was possible to provide a lower rating I would. This practice and a specific provider whose name rhymes with Hot Toddy provided a horrible labor and delivery experience. I reported said provider to CMS, Rose, and CU Medicine. She induced me because it was a Friday and she wanted to get home. I am not joking. She literally said she wanted to get home for dinner as she broke my water. Most recently I experienced heavy bleeding at 7 weeks pregnant. I called the receptionist of CU Medicine/Rocky Mountain concerned I was having a miscarriage and asked if it was possible to see someone that day because it was alarming. She said no and offered no solutions. I said “the volume and consistency of blood I’m experiencing is concerning. You don’t think that’s worth talking to someone?” The receptionist said “huh, fine I’ll try to find a nurse” Long story short: I miscarried that day. I called Midtown OBGYN, and despite being a new patient, they took what I shared seriously, fit me in, and treated me with kindness while I navigated the miscarriage. CU Medicine / Rocky Mountain OB has still not called to check in. Do not hand over your trust to this practice. Plenty of other OB/GYNs are right next door.
Trying to call back after I was hung up on. This office hours say they are open so I can’t get through to the nurses line to leave a message either.
Good luck scheduling an appointment! They'll hang up and never call you back! I called, spoke with i think Minerva, she hung up the phone. I called back after not getting one back from her in over 50 minutes, I was told she'd call back. Funny enough, she hasn't called back! Terrible customer service!
I have been a patient of Dr. Herman for about 14 years. She is a very good doctor but the clinic has no respect for patients. This Monday I called to schedule my annual appointment and was told the doctor is booked till the end of January 2026 and the schedule for February is nor out yet. They will call me when it is available. Two days later I called the clinic again. This time I was told Dr Herman is booked till the end of March and April schedule is not available yet! Why nobody called me then?? I asked the manager to call me. And still waiting.. If employees don't keep their promises to call, will a manager do? Update: Actually, the next day got a call from the clinic and the problem is resolved!
I think Dr. Patterson is a lovely doctor but it is SO hard to get an appointment here. It doesn't matter if you have a time-sensitive issue, the earliest appointment is usually 3-4 months out, even with a different provider. I probably will be seeking care elsewhere so that I am considered a patient and can be seen for anything time-sensitive.
Dr. Daniel Jacobson and his team, This review is being submitted by me to let Dr. Jacobson and his office associates know how pleased I was with their care of me at my first pre-op appointment with their practice in mid September as well as on 9/25/25 and 9/26 when I was seen for a total hysterectomy and BSO, and at my first follow up appointment on 10/9/25. To begin, only five minutes prior to my first appointment at your practice, I learned that my closest friend of 40 years had died suddenly, and I walked into the Ob/Gyn office quite shaken. My first contact at the front desk was with Claudette, who could see how distraught I was and reached out, having just met me with kindness concern, and a deep sense of empathy. I was brought back into the examining room to meet with Dr. Jacobson for the first time, who also showed tremendous compassion as I just learned the devastating news. His Medical assistant Val responded in kind. It was immediately clear to me that this was a team who went above and beyond their duties to make me feel seen and heard. Each of them was incredibly warm and compassionate. I received excellent care from the team throughout my surgical hospital stay and that my first postop appointment two weeks later the entire team demonstrated a love of their careers and were cheerful and supportive throughout my care. These clinicians Included Kat, Hailey, Nixia and Abby, And likely others, whose names I’m sorry if I’ve overlooked here. Brittni Did her best to inform me of the names of all the team members, which was also greatly appreciated. The bottom line is this: As a 69-year-old woman being seen for a major dual surgery, clinical expertise from the entire surgical and support staff is of great importance to me. However, in my view, clinical knowledge is only exceptional when medical personnel have the talents/gifts of knowing how to communicate with your patients and address their concerns with kindness and a generosity of spirit. Your team offered me the whole package and I’m grateful to each and everyone of you for your professional and personal skills. There is a standing joke among my family and friends, and it goes something like this: “Why would Deb articulate in 15 words what she can express in 15,000?” This lengthy review is testimony to that description. Thank you for taking the time to read it all and for being such a cheerful incompetent team! Please repost this review on Google, Healthgrades.com, and/or RateMD.com in my behalf. All best, Deb Stellini
I can’t imagine a better practice. I gave birth about two months ago, and Dr Pittoti’s extraordinary patience, care, and attention to detail made the experience great. She coached me through pushing and then expertly sewed up my pretty significant internal tear. What could’ve been a complicated and scary experience was made positive by Dr Pittoti. Additionally, the care I received from all of doctors throughout my pregnancy was exceptional. I run pretty anxious, and I now recognize that some of my fears and concerns along the way were outsized, but even so, I felt really understood, listened to, and respected, particularly by Drs Pittoti, Carranza, Schneider, and Reissner. I really think CU East Denver has the best doctors in the world, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the quality of care I received throughout my pregnancy.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
