My wife went to Dr Vanderveen and Rose Hospital for a procedure. The staff at the office is fantastic - Many thanks to Paul - he's the greatest and a huge help with everything! Dr Vanderveen is a wonderful doctor and the nursing staff at Rose hospital is top notch - all are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We could not have asked for better care.

I *really* appreciated that Dr. Vanderveen was completely straightforward with me about the need to have surgery, as well as how long I could realistically wait if I didn't opt to do it in the near future. Since I'd never had major surgery (except for a C-section decades ago), I was pretty terrified. However, everyone on the wonderful, highly professional staff at DCES made the entire process as comfortable as it could possibly have been. Special shout-outs to Carrie at the front desk and Dr. Vanderveen's PA, Ann Sullivan.

Outstanding experience! Went to Dr. Vanderveen for a 2nd opinion and was very pleased with her and her entire Staff. The Doc took a great deal of time to explain everything very thoroughly and answered all the questions I had - before, during and post surgery experiences. The Staff was very helpful in pre-registration and getting me on the schedule quickly to see the physician. These people really CARE about the patient and I will recommend this surgeon and her entire staff to everyone. Best medical experience my wife and I have EVER experienced. From Paul at the front desk, Stacy in scheduling/insurance, Emma, Dr. due to the patient concern and helpful nature they all exhibited. They were also very willing to go out of their way to help get me back to work with extra paperwork that was necessary for my employer. Just TREMENDOUS!

There was no excessive waiting time and the doctor and her staff took time to explain the procedure and executed the procedure in a courteous and patient manner.
