I’ve been going here since i was a baby, i am now 20 . The communication for the pediatric and adult clinic when trying to call for an appointment or just to check on something regarding your appointment, is RIDICULOUS . Your gonna be on hold for hours. You aren’t allowed to communicate with your provider through email, but when you need to contact them, the representatives dont answer. The front desk has 3-4 people there everytime i come in and they arent doing anything. Im confused why the phones arent being picked up 24/7.

Abysmal communication. The dental clinic opens at 7 AM, but I have been unable to reach the front desk and it's now 8:25 AM! The automated system has been broken for at least months and no one is doing anything to fix it. I called at 7:15 AM and was connected to Ask-a-Nurse -- the nurses have nothing to do with the dental clinic. I then called the main appointment line and was placed on hold for the clinic; after about five minutes, the line went dead. I called the appointment line again, was placed on hold for the clinic again, and waited almost an hour (while being constantly assured that someone would eventually answer) before receiving an error message and again being disconnected. I called the clinic again (which is now supposed to have been open for an hour and a half) and waited on hold another fifteen minutes. I called the appointment center again; they cannot make an emergency dental appointment and cannot connect me to anyone at the clinic.

One stop shop basically. I can get health care and dental care, all in the same building.

I really like the medical assistants and the doctors here but the front desk ladies in the front pediatric department are very rude. Idk what happened the ladies that were there before were so sweet. The girls that are in their 20s definitely need an attitude adjustments. They need to learn how to be personable because they do t even greet the people their helping. I work in a medical setting I work the front desk and I can’t imagine being that rude to patients like that. Very short and ill mannered. I don’t even want to bring my kids here anymore. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

I honestly don’t understand how this place manages to operate. the dr. I see is excellent, but the east side adult clinic is not. Yesterday, I came in to get blood tests and samples done for a standing order that I have. The lab would not let me get my orders done, although it was a standing order. It wasn’t until i got ahold of my doctor, who was luckily working that day, messaged them to tell them that they need to let me have my labs done that they were able to. Today, I came in for a vaccination that i was told I could come in during clinic hours I cannot find the words to describe how extremely frustrated I am with the poor quality of service at the Gipson in Eastside clinic. This is not the first second third or even fourth time at this has happened. My doctor is absolutely amazing, so I don’t understand why the staff in this building are so difficult to work with or get anything done with. Each time that I come here it takes an hour out of my day, which is an hour that I have to take off of work. to be seen (as I have done in the past). I came in today and was told that there won’t be a nurse available until Friday, 2 days from now. Unacceptable.
