Was told my appointment was at 850 was not told to check In on the 2nd floor got here at 855 took 10mi. To check in on the 1st floor but was told oh you have to check in on the 2nd floor waited b in line but I guess I was in the pederactric line check in and was told you have to check in at a different desk waited 10min for lady to finish helping 1 girl then was told I have to sign in waited 30min before she called me and was told I'm late you have to reschedule Fix not happy at all a waste of time will be looking for another provider who takes Blue Cross Peice of shit east side health center

I made an appointment in Feb 2024 to set up care, and transfer my medications. For months, I struggled to get my medications refilled, and every month had to call to get them to send them. In June I called to once again ask why my medications weren't able to be filled and was told I needed to make an appointment. I did because I was leaving in a couple days for a trip. The office has charged me twice for an appointment because they couldn't get their shit together. They are unorganized, and their patient advocates don't listen, and don't care. I wouldn't go back, they treat you like a number instead of a person.

I'm not going to be mean about my visit here but these people are just plain rude. I was able to meet my new case manager and that was the only thing that went well. They had me wondering the halls looking for the office. I won't waste my time dealing with these people.

I have been a Denver Health OB/GYN patient for as long as I’ve been in Colorado (~3 years). I’ve been to the GYN clinics at Sam Sandos, Main Campus, and now this clinic. I have not had good experiences with providers in this specialty in the past so I’m always nervous when I need to find a new one… The CNM I saw at this clinic, Alexis Harmon, was absolutely the BEST OB/GYN provider I have EVER had. She is not only kind & compassionate, but also VERY knowledgeable and through. She actually listened to my concerns which makes a world of difference for me given my past experiences. Thank you Alexis for all that you do! 🩷
