What a great group of caregivers. In Denver for training. The staff were kind and caring. Went above and beyond to look after my health!

Original review: Hands down the best urgent care I have ever been to. Every staff member I interacted with was great. Within 30 seconds of completing my intake paperwork I was called back — never been somewhere so efficient. The providers listened and explained everything very well and didn’t rush through like others I have experienced. Updated: while the medical staff were great, I ended up visiting multiple times because of an ongoing issue. I was told by Downtown staff to head over to another location since the other location was able to do more detailed testing, which I needed. When I arrived, I asked if it was in network with my insurance and I was told yes. Six months later I am fighting thousands of dollars in medical bills as I was misled and it was not in network. Really unfortunate because the staff here were great but providing me misleading information has resulted in huge medical bills for me.

it was a LONG wait but i came here after being unable to keep food or water down for a week with nausea and they always actually care to help you get better. unfortunately not my first time here but i wish i remember what one of my tech's name was. he had a cute tattoo on his wrist and long hair. he laughed at my anxious jokes and gave me my first ekg and whoever you are- they are NOT paying you enough ♥️ thank you guys for always making me feel like a human more than a patient

The nurse I saw was amazing. The reception staff was also very kind. The Doctor (as written in my medical notes) said I was coming in to get a doctor’s note for work (which is viewable in my online chart). I never once asked for or mentioned a doctor’s note for work. I was concerned I possibly had Covid and would pass it on to my coworkers. It turns out I DID have Covid and could have given it to my entire staff. No doctor’s note for work was written as I refused it. The Doctor (I believe her name was Meghan) also recommended I take Sudafed for my “cold”. I asked if it was ok to take with an overactive thyroid because I remembered my specialist telling me not to take it. The Doctor said it was fine. I went and purchased it after leaving the urgent care and on the back the contraindication was an overactive thyroid. I called my endocrinologist and she said “No, You cannot take Sudafed”. That was an extremely dangerous recommendation, even after I told her I was pretty sure I couldn’t take it with active Graves’ disease. She dismissed my concern and said it was “fine”. I also noticed in the notes the Dr said she offered me meds and I refused. There was NO offer of meds of any kind, only that I should go to the store and get Sudafed. In addition, the notes stated I should follow up with my primary care doctor and “I agreed”, this never happened and was never discussed. She never mentioned to me follow up care at all. My heart rate and blood pressure were both high at the time of the appointment and Sudafed could have sent me to the ER. If I didn’t ask for the Covid test and use my best instincts to not take her instruction with the Sudafed I could have been in real trouble not to mention pass Covid on to a staff of 30. It was a bad experience and I was treated as if I was trying to get out of work. Why assume I’m trying to abuse the system and not actually sick? My positive covid test proved I was sick and actively taking precautions to not pass it on. I called the urgent care the next day, left a message and no one returned my call. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor.

Went in and they refused to even acknowledge i was standing right in freaking fron of them! Then, when i politely asked what to do all three women staffers were super snotty and superciliuos and i left. You guys need to fix treating clients like they're interfering in your chat! Yeah, so i went to Urgent care on 38th instead.

I love this team! I have been to this urgent care facility several times since moving to Denver, and each time they have provided friendly, timely, excellent care - from the front desk, to the nurses, to the PAs and MDs. The last time I went for abdominal pain, the attending physician strongly recommended that I went straight to the hospital. I took her advice and ended up in emergency surgery. I was extremely grateful. 🙏🏽 Tonight, I went in for a minor sore, swollen throat, and they were so thorough, attentive, and caring. Chris, the nurse on staff tonight, made me feel so welcome and cared for - chatting with him helped me not focus on the discomfort. My husband and I feel blessed to have this team nearby. We don't get sick often, but when we do, this is definitely where we go! This team is well-trained and they enjoy helping people. Care doesn't get much better than that!

Best care ever!

I came here with a small fracture on my left foot and the staff was nice, attentive and answered all of my questions. I did not have to wait at all for a walk-in appointment. The co-pay was also very reasonable. Being out of state, I was extremely happy with the service I received! Highly recommend this place to anyone needing immediate medical attention if you're visiting near the Denver area!

I had a deep cut in my hand and received excellent care from Darius, Carrie, and Meghan! They were attentive, helpful, and also provided a lot of laughs along the way. They helped to make the most of a bad situation! Thanks to them my hand is doing okay and I’m all fixed up!
