The lab and the pharmacy at this location have been wonderful. However some of the providers should consider a career outside of medicine. Berating a patient about their weight is never okay. Refusing to look at factors beyond weight despite a patient expressing concern that they have made dietary and exercise changes is never acceptable. Throwing your hands up and exclaiming “what do you want me to do” to a patient is disgraceful. Kevin Christopherson is a hateful fatphobic misogynist. He is dismissive and flat out rude. He should not be allowed to interact with patients in any manner. His behavior causes more harm. I do not feel safe with his lack of care or his misrepresentation of patient interactions

I really like Fafa and today found plenty of parking spaces and got in and out pretty quick. What I was most annoyed about is the check in process. Although I do see how it’s a good idea to have people wrote down their name and birthday to confirm it, there are so many reminders through the My Chart app to check in ahead of time and then they “don’t even have the QR code reader”. I am going to shut off the notifications from the app.

Got a couple minutes late for the appointment. ( a shot). They said they couldn’t see us. The clinic completely empty. Trash can service.

If you are looking for immunizations avoid this clinic. They will skip over you as others are taken back. I needed a simple flu shot and arrived 30 minutes before my appointment started. They checked me in and ignored me for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Everyone at La Casa is so welcoming. Rosa has the biggest smile every time I check in. Angelica gets you prepped and ready to go for the drs all done with a smile and relaxing conversation. And Paige and Fafa are absolutely incredible. They listen to every symptom, ask the right questions, and make you feel so comfortable. I am so happy to be a patient here.
