If I found less than star a will do Because always I wait my appointment for 2 months or more after that they cancel it or change it without telling me anything or why and change the doctor too I didn’t recommend to visit them

I have been going here for years, but this time my experience was horrible. I was waiting here for 2 hours with my 2 month old. When my appointment time arrived, they delayed it for 30 more minutes. My other kids were in school and I had to pick them up but they did not keep that in mind. Today, if there was a 0 option for the star rating, I would have chosen that.
