5 stars only because i have the best pediatrician doctor Jessica Jack and her assistants are the best .. . Some of the receptionists are honestly really rude. I try to ignore it and go for what I need .

Dental section service is poor they only able to do the cleaning. Which is very bad

They go out of their way to make access to healthcare much harder, so that some people can't get help. BE VERY CAUTIOUS ABOUT FILLING MEDICATION HERE. They tell patients they can pick their medicine up until 5PM, but THAT IS A DANGEROUS LIE.The pharmacy will not help you if you aren't in the line at 4:45pm maybe even 4:30pm. Preston, the supervisor, told me I was too late even though I was in line and it was before 5pm, because he wanted to close early. I wasn't the only person in line, there were others behind me who were denied medicine as well. At other times the pharmacy/clinic will be closed during operating hours making the situation worse. So be VERY cautious about filling a medication that you need at this location. Try the Lowry Clinic or the Eastside Clinic, the Denver Health system is pretty great overall, this is just a uniquely terrible pharmacy.

The staff at Denver Health Montebello clinic has always been kind and professional. The security officers are polite and keep the place safe. The pharmacy crew tend to work hard to reduce the length of the line but at times, it's just gonna be long. The dental side stays busy helping adults and children maintain a bright smile. The physicians are doing their best to keep the community healthy. Parking is decent.

I waited more than 40 minutes prior to my appointment time. Very upsetting because I needed to get back to work! I also believe if we have to respect and show up on a timely matter to appointment scheduled time. Our time is also valued and to be respectful.

I went in for my prenatal appointment they were so disorganized. They had the wrong file. When I seen the doctor Claire M Coughlan she didn’t want to hear my problems or ever answer any of the questions I had for her. She was also supposed to make me a referral to an ultrasound due to issues with my pregnancy and never even made it. I will definitely never do back there

Spent over an hour waiting for someone to pickup the phone mid morning to schedule an appointment! Giving up as I can’t spend all day on hold!! HOW does no secretary pickup the phone in over an hour?!?! This place is a JOKE!! You can tell how little they care about patients, just look at all the generic responses they give to their customers feedback. They do not care about you! They will waste your time!!! Do not give them your business!! If they do indeed have a secretary he / she deserves to be fired. I’m not the only one in the reviews complaining about them not answering. Although it’s probably better they didn’t answer since SO MANY reviews say they make you wait for HOURS when you have an appointment. What a laughable excuse of a healthcare center. They will never get my business and I’ll be sure to tell as many people as I can to avoid this place!!!

Took my two children here today to get flu and covid shots. The staff appeared to be very under trained not even filling out the covid cards correctly as well as not know which shot went into which arm or leg. I also showed up 20 min ahead of time as they asked and they took 5 groups who came after us before me. Our scheduled time ran 45min late and this was for a 8:30 am appointment. Will not be returning.
